Good service, very thoughtful staff. The food is just okay, probably not my type. I had the winter warm up meal which has very good price. Soups here are yummy but chicken is kind of boring. It looked better than it tasted. The portion was very big that I think it can be share between 2 people.

We came on Thanksgiving with our family. We were happy that we didn’t have to wait too long. Friendly service. Fresh and hot food. Fast and hot food. We were very happy with our meal and we are very sad that they are closing down. They were super busy too. Hope they open a new location.

I never remembered it being so dark and dim. A bit hard to see. Had the chicken and baby back ribs and then tasted the chicken pot pie. I feel I have better memories of the place.The decor hasn’t changed since 1990. But staff are friendly.I’d say the baby back ribs are a 2.5. The chicken is small but tasty, 3.5. The pot pie doesn’t compare to the white spot pot pie and is similar to the Costco one except the price is obviously a lot more.I had a good time and it was a good experience. It wasn’t busy which is nice- usually they are!I think it’s a good place for families just wish they would update the decor and add a bit more pizazz to the food :)

This is a family favorite as this franchise has been around forever. The food is still same as I remember, the service unfortunately was slow. We waited quite a while to place our order and when we asked for the bill. Typical franchise comforts; parking, wheel chair accessible, accepting various cards.

Been coming to this location for 3 years now, service is awesome and the food is always fast to come out. Good selection and the price is more than fair. They also always have deals if your subscribe. Love taking the family here

Waoooo!!!!.... beyond our expectations!!!! Cozy place, beautiful decoration and most important great culinary and professional , excellent service offered by Janet W. She is very courteous and she nicely guided us by selecting from the menu , which has huge variety and possibilities. You can judge it by seeing our enclosed pictures....sorry the lemon merengue pie was already started by us before the picture.The restaurant is walking distance from our home .... so.... it will be our favourite restaurant .They are licensed and in general, prices are very affordable and portions are very generous .For sure we will go back again.

Went back here for nostalgia sake but were surprised at the taste and quality of the Nashville burger. It was quite a chunk of chicken breast crispy and yet soft inside. The pecan pie was excellent as well. Very reasonable in price and great service.

Meh, came here today to check it out for dinner. The hostess was nice, our server who is an Asian lady honestly didn't really seem like she wanted to be there, she did check on us from time to time but she could have been a lot friendlier. Don't come here if you are celiac, I asked about a gluten free menu and they don't have one, also my friend and I asked if the chicken is gluten free as well as the fries, and I said we don't want gravy due to the gluten, yet we got served buns and gravy with our dishes so I had to ask her to take it away. The chicken and mashed potato itself was okay. I also made a takeout order for my mom, and our server asked what I wanted as a side, I said fries, and guess what when I got home, I should have checked the box before I left the restaurant but there were no fries to be found. We paid about $30 for a dinner combo without the fries then? So we basically got ripped off. So always check your takeout order before you leave the restaurant. Also women's washroom is really smelly and off putting. I don't think I'll miss this restaurant when it closes down. Maybe that's why the service wasn't great? because they're closing soon and they don't care anymore? I don't know. I've experienced way better service at other establishments.
