I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience the last time I went in was fabulous. I believe the ladies name was Nikki and she was so helpful and pleasant to deal with! She answered all my questions with ease.

Don’t expect to receive the best insurance rates or hear back from their brokers regarding Insurance inquiries.Asking the right questions about deductibles, usage of km’s and group discounts will get you ghosted. Email sent a week and a half ago with no reply and a follow up email sent this past weekend, again with no reply.Don’t deal with brokers who don’t care about having your business. Unprofessional on the brokers part and makes Western Financial Group look bad. Don’t bother with them, take your business elsewhere.

Kristel Mjolsness at Western Financial Group in Nanton is excellent. WE first purchased student insurance for our daughter in 2016 and then two more policies through 2019. My daughter then purchased travel insurance through Kristel the spring of 2019. When my daughter decided to stay south to go back to school this fall Kristel helped her extend her coverage through Tugo. Tugo even made the comment that my daughter had a great broker. I would highly recommend her for your insurance needs.

Be prepared to constantly chase for service and get no responses back. Throughout the last year, have called and emailed multiple times with either no response or promises of getting a quote(s) and then no response afterwards. Very frustrating!

Was trying to get 5th wheel insurance for over a month. She did not call back the last time she said she would. Said she couldn't find an insurer to cover us, but wad still working on it. Said she'd call back that afternoon. No call back. I called the dealership, they gave me an insurer number and guess what? Insured with that one phone call. Very disappointed with WF.

I had a terrible experience with Kristel of Western Financial Group. We accepted her initial quote, but the after being reviewed by her recommended insurer the cost increased by over $1400. When I asked for a new quote from a different insurer, my request was ignored. After waiting for 4 weeks, I eventually went to another broker who arranged insurance through a large reputable insurance provider for less that Kristel's original quote.To my surprise, I received a letter from Western Financial Group 6 months later stating that they didn't cancel my policy as requested, and that I owe over $800 for their mistake. They even threatened to report me to the credit bureau and give my file to a third-party collection agency.The service I received from Western Financial Group was terrible! They were unresponsive, and they did not accept any responsibility for their mistakes. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for insurance to look elsewhere. Avoid Western Financial Group and Kristel at all costs.

We have dealt exclusively with Kristel for a few years now, and she is the best. She is looking out for our families best interests and her customer service is exceptional. A great asset to Western Financial

Nothing used to pain me more than having to deal with registration. The wait, the inconsistency, the terrible attitude from the other side of the desk - usually the most dreaded month of the year for me. But not anymore, Nikki is a life saver! In the last month I’ve seen her half a dozen times, she always has a smile and kind word to say. She makes the registration process 100% painless and it’s over in mere minutes, she takes my countless phone calls (and stupid questions) with nothing but grace and always has an answer for me before my next visit.Now don’t get me wrong, I still wait until the absolute last minute to register our vehicles but at least I do it with a smile now.

Going to the registries is normally very time consuming. Not here! That woman was fast and efficient.I’d like to add she was also very kind and pleasant to deal with. A lot of registries could learn a thing or two about customer service from this location and or the woman I dealt with, I believe her name was Nikki.

Went in to purchase 5th wheel insurance and Kristal was fantastic! She called the underwriter and we received a quote right away. Within 20 minutes we had policy in hand! Kristal was so pleasant and welcoming and she has a great sense of humour. Would recommend her to everyone! Thanks Kristal ! A job well done!!!!!
