Was in earlier this week with my father. YARRA was the sales associate that helped us.She was kind, knoweldgable and a super rad human that represents the brand very well.She took very good care of my father and was kind and paitient. I believe corporate needs to take a look at the allstar team member they have in her.Thanks again Yarra, be well.

Went into the store looking for a pair of shoes and had no luck but Bruce took the time to show us different options and variety and ended leaving with 2 different pairs and a great customer service experience!Thanks Bruce!

Chahat was super nice throughout our visit to this store. She was super helpful in arranging sizes , just made sure we are fully satisfied with our purchase.Overall this store has good variety of shoes.

The taller brown male salesperson should learn to move for the customers instead of acting like he owns the whole company. Did not appreciate being pushed by a employee

Honestly, I would give this store a zero. I went yesterday with my friend who is Indian and the staff member was extremely rude. My friend asked to try on specific size for some shoes and the lady came back and said she has size 7 only (which we asked to try on) and told her to put the shoe back where she found it. The lady then went on talking to her co-worker and helping out a group of other Caucasian girls. COMPLETELY RUDE AND RACIST.

This store was awesome! Kyle Bolwell store location 2843 has helped my wife to find the exact specifications she needs. Kyle know his product, I definitely will shop again. Thanks Kyle!

Recently I had a chance to visit the outlet mall and both my partner and I were blown away by this amazing man’s service. Kevin who is a store manager/supervisor at this location wowed us by providing a genuine care. I honestly never been impressed by any staff before in this brand as they seemed to be not genuine. Kevin was the first person who changed our perception to this chain. He says he worked in other locations and he enjoys his job very much and loves his company which really showed. Really.. someone like Kevin make your company successful because he really cared about customers and gave us a great service with meeting all the needs we had. We bought 7 pairs of shoes and will go back there and buy more just because of him.

VERY ALARMING!!! I went into the store to purchase boots I have been eyeing, and as I walked inside Browns I could hear a man yelling at a lady. I slowly meandered around a display trying to mind my own business thinking this a couple arguing at Christmas time. Then, I could not help but notice, a couple other customers leave the store quickly looking back at this guy going crazy. I realized this was a manager or something yelling, GOING CRAZY, verbally assaulting this young woman, another employee. How can this happen? I would NEVER expect such behavior in any place especially Browns! I wanted so badly to take the lady away to somewhere safe. She was like so quiet taking this abuse from him. It took me this long to be able to write this as I feel so much shame that I did not protect her from him. I was so afraid I ran out along with the other 2 customers just minutes before me. I think he must be a manager I don't know...he was a middle eastern fella in his 30s and she was just a younger east asian female. This happened around 4pm Wednesday Dec 21. Please Browns I hope this never happens again...

Why does this store disappoint me. One year ago, this location had the best variety ever that I shopped for more than $1000 worth of shoes, but now I can't even make up my mind to spend a dime. The staff is super nice and collaborative, but it's the stuff that's not getting my attention.
