Best Customer service I have ever received -from Deborah at Crystal Glass and Doug the installer. Deborah went out or her way to help me get the mirror I wanted and the installation done around my difficult schedule. Doug worked hard to find what I wanted. What great people! I nominate them for some kind of Crystal Glass recognition. I will certainly recommend Crystal Glass Bowness and it’s dedicated staff to my friends.

I had a new windshield put into my F150 and a chip repaired in my Tesla. The truck feels like brand new, and without looking really, really hard you can't see the chip in the Tesla windshield at all! Great job on both! The price beats just about everybody with no trade-off in the service quality whatsoever.I highly recommend this company. I was serviced by the Bowness location.

I had a very unpleasant experience dealing with this company. I called to ask for an approximate cost of an interior glass wall per linear foot ceiling height is 8 ft and they refused to provide a rough idea of how much it could cost. They said for them to provide a quote they have to come and take a look and their earliest availability is after more than 3 weeks! and I have to tell them how they will mount it and refused to provide what mounting options they have. This is so frustrating! All I wanted to know is a price range (not exact price) for interior glass wall per linear foot!

We needed the glass replaced in our front window, we also had the screen replaced in our patio sliding door. From the initial visit for an estimate to the two follow-up visits Doug was willing to go above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. When he ran into a challenge with the rod that secures the latch on the window during the install he even brought another guy Stu to help him troubleshoot.I am so appreciative for the extra time and attention the Manager, Doug and Stu paid finishing the job beyond just replacing the glass. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!

The service and people were absolutely amazing. I came in with a shattered window in my car and in just a couple hours they were already finished. Manager Kip absolutely killed it, he helped me out big time. Keep up that great service!

We went to this place to get a tabletop covering for three 4-H woodworking projects. Kip was friendly and personable. He told us all the options and gave his advice for the project. Also, he customized the glass to fit the table. Kip and his team did a great job cutting the plexiglass. The service here was great and they finished a whole day before the estimated time. We are happy with how the plexiglass looks and would recommend Crystal Glass in the future. I may go back again for some glass replacements I need.
