I’ve dealt with the guy named Karan around Black Friday. The deal he gave and the bill I received is totally diff. I attempted to call Wow mobile and hard to get through. Calling Rogers is long wait and no help. I recommend not to use Wow mobile for any future mobile + wireless plan purchase as your bill from the carrier doesn’t match with what they offer. Also the customer service at the kiosk in the mall is crowded and had to wait for almost 2 hrs. I recommend to stay away from this store.

Had great experience with Suresh at Square One location. He was friendly and explained in detail about the plans and was transparent. He was patient enough to address my questions. Overall great customer service.

Very worse experience with store manager simran and other employees jagman,,, they are providing you wrong information regarding plan ,,, saying like you will get this and this,, like me they are saying you will get no set up fee on your plan when i have set up fee on my bill i went to store,,, they refuse to help one more girl who working there,,, have full of attitude and said this none of my business and ignore my issue and saying they can not do anything as my plan is around 45$ and i am getting bill of 136$ and they refuse to help. Never reccomend anyone to go there. Specially store manger should have more knowlegde to guide customers.

Kate-Lynn is one of the best employees i’ve ever dealt with. She hooked up me and my family with some amazing deals on our phones, her customer service was amazing even helped me transfer all my stuff, I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a great deal and amazing service to go see Kate-Lynn she’ll for sure hook you up with great deals!

I was being assisted by a worker named ENO. This guy keeps giving wrong information and then calls you a liar if you confront him. He told my friend that she will receive 50$ back but when she contacted Fido they said its a lie. Please be aware of the promises they give, most of them are juse LIES!!I wish if they jump straight to the point without providing false information just to gain the interest of the customer.

I've been dealing with wow mobile by Richtree restaurant for about 5 years now, and I've had no complaints regarding the phones, or the deals I have been given, the last time I was there I received my Samsung s21 FE 5G 128GB I wasn't aware that it had a 256GB model. Either way, I'm happy with the phone and plans I have had with these guys both with Koodo previously and Fido presently.

I had a great experience dealing with Eno the assistant manager here. One of the best customer service I've seen so far in GTA! This man deserves to be recognized for his efforts.My first interaction with him was purchasing two new lines which Eno offered to us at a very competitive rate. Later, I ended up with a slight billing issue from the network providers side so I called Eno who promptly helped resolve the matter.I returned to him some months later when I needed a new phone and he offered a great deal that I couldn't resist. Will be a customer for life!Thanks again Eno!

I hope u are reading this before making any purchase from store, idk about rest staff but JAGMAN surely is a fraud, he made a transaction from my cred card by saying its down payment tht wasn’t. And after I contacted customer support instead of fixing it he again postponed tht so many times and stopped answering my texts. Don’t trust the things they say verbally cuz they gonna deny it later. Be aware
