Rude employee.she was older. Maybe two other customers in the store but she wouldn't help me find what I was looking for. She just told me to download the app. Seemed pretty lazy to me

Went in twice and recieved the same service which was absolutely noone helping. Couldn't find a sales associate who wanted to help. Went today and parked in curbside not even watching as I was in a rush. They were not long coming out then. I find it interesting that they are watching the parking lot but not helping the customers. clear to me that they don't have very good priorities there when it comes to customer service. Order online and save yourself the unpleasant experience.

In my opinion, this store lost a lot of interest with the pandemic. Shelves are often empty and stuff are more cheaper. They no longer have PoP and crocheting kit. They look like more a decor store than what they were before.

Craft store that has great choices for many things. If you are in a hurry and have no time to order things online, this store will be a good choice.I normally do not buy full price items as it always has discount coupons available. So, checking its website for coupon is a must before you pay (aim for 40% to 60% off). Someone may still gets their printed flyer. The coupons are in there too.

This Michael's location is just alright. I find the stock hit or miss. The bathrooms are always pretty gross and the wait time to check out is always extremely long. There could be 1 customer being served while you're next in line and literally have a 5+ minute wait.I am an avid crafter. I would probably shop and make a purchase here once a week. After a horrible experience almost 2 months ago, I have not set foot back into the store. I have never had a manager treat me so poorly when she didn't even know the situation, then treat the poor cashier even worse. As a previous retail worker, I will not support a business where the managers don't treat their employees as humans. I did report the incident in detail to Michael's head office.I have ordered online since and recommend others to do the same.

I just went looking to see what they had and prices. What I found was a clean, bright and spacious store with lots to choose from. Bought some coloured alphabet letters and numbers in different colours to put on a sign. I was assisted by a very pleasant, knowledgeable sales associate named Des Fallon who helped me find the items I needed.
