I needed a full suit for my graduation and the staff here were able to follow through. An amazing big and tall section with efficient tailoring services. Tom was the main person to help me and he was honestly so kind, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Tip Top Tailors in Langley BC was an amazing experience for myself and my son shopping for grad. Outstanding staff, suite selection and price! Hands down the best place to buy a suite!

The lady is fantastic and was a lot of help. One of the gentlemen at the till was extremely incompetent and hard to communicate with. Felt uncomfortable and frustrated with him

My partner and I went to this store to purchase a suit for him. Our wedding is in Italy in less than 3 weeks and he needs a wedding suit. There were at least 3 employees in the store and no one acknowledged us. Two employees literally made eye contact and turned away and walked right past us and did not even say hello or ask if they can help us. One of them was a male with a ponytail and the other was a female. I'm not impressed by the customer service at this location and will not be coming back. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Poor to none customer service, went in trying to find my very tall, slim special needs son a suit for grad and after an hour of searching on my own, finally someone asked me if I had a question. When I told them what I was looking for but that I didn’t know his size cause he has only worn sweatpants, she looked so annoyed and guessed his size, then said they didn’t have any (34?) but gave me a too small jacket to try on him before leaving for someone else. I ended up leaving in tears.

Amazing service by Kay! Greeted me as I walked in and was helpful with figuring out size/fit. She even made a few suggestions which worked better for me.I had a quick turnaround time and she was able to get my shirt altered on site so I could get it within the hour.She definitely went above and beyond and won my loyalty.

If I had an option I'd give them 0 stars. Waited to checkout for 10 mins while the associate is on the phone. She didn't call another person to help even though there was someone else working. There were customers ahead of us, only God knows how long those poor people had been waiting. I'd never shop there ever again just over this experience. She didn't say a word to anyone in line like sorry for the wait guys ill be with you etc. Horrible experience.
