Popeye's Supplements Victoria

I was just in here with my bf & at the til the cashier and my bf were talking & taking forever so I walked back up to the til to move things along as there was a line up of ppl - the cashier who was a little guy was talking about diets & looked right at me & said if ppl wouldn’t do the trendy diets & just get moving bc sitting is the new smoking they wouldn’t have weight issues. Why look directly at me? Well I am a bigger person but I am active - I know what I can do and can’t do and what I should be doing - I certainly didn’t need some little man looking at me and telling me what I should be doing. No wonder there was only certain clientele in there. I have gone to Supplement King- they had amazing customer service go out of their way to help me even though I don’t buy things in these stores - I only go for other ppl. Shame on you Popeyes for body shaming - we all come in different sizes & have different abilities.

I've been a faithful customer at Popeyes from the first time doors opened in Victoria and have been very satisfied with great customer service, strong product advice, and the best value for money i have experienced ever since. Honestly some of the best customer customer service I have encountered in a very long time. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Not only did they have all the items I was looking for, but the shipping was fast. They also included additional supplements which was a very pleasant surprise!

Best store for supplements in the city. Been coming here for years. Chris and his staff are really knowledgeable and always available to share their knowledge. As a bonus, they also have the best prices around.

I was there at Popeyes today, when it was not super busy. When I came in, the staffs at the back were talking and chilling, I was ok, I mean, I'm not a king, I don't need that much attention. Later on, when two White guys came in, the girls at the back literally walked through me and offer assistance to those guys who came after me. They said we are good. Then I had to stop the girl and I asked her, who was trying to run away from me, about the lactose free protein. She basically showed me where to find those and vanished ASAP. Then, the guy at the til walked through me one more time and ran to the 2 white guys at the back to offer assistance. Being People of color is definitely a sin in this store. At least I never felt welcome. The friend who strongly suggested me to vist the store said the staffs were knowledgeable, caring, and professional, but he never told me that is for White people only. My sincere apologies for coming in today! I'll make sure that I'll never be there, ever again in my lifetime. And those individuals who don't identify as White should never come, either.

Nice staff and good occasional deals.You can save points with every purchase and claim them after as a discount… that’s great

They provide good help with choosing the product. Also, the customer service is really good.
