Get Air Regina offered my granddaughter a fabulous 9th birthday!! What great service we were give at our birthday table. Friendly, helpful, very accommodating. The timing of our pizza and pop was excellent! Great deal for 10 kids at a party. Thank you get air! We will be back!!

Came down for the weekend from out of town and reserved and PAID for a spot at 1pm before we left for home. Show up a few minutes before and was told they were fully booked with walk-ins at 1pm and we would have to wait until there was an opneing again, possibly an hour or more. Pardon me? How does that work? So you sell spots online but walk-ins take priorty? How can you not understand that the PAID reservations need to be accounted for BEFOR walk-ins are added! We will not be back.

Giving 2 stars because my daughter had fun, otherwise it would be 1. I share in several of these reviews. Was super concerning the only staff member we ever saw was at the cash register and then disappeared into the office after the rush of opening hour.Parts of the trampoline padding kept coming apart exposing the frame, underneath the padding was what looked like vomit that had been there for a while.Other comparable facilities we’ve gone to have at least a half-dozen staff on the floor at all times in general, but are also constantly wiping down and cleaning the equipment to the best of their ability.Won’t return based on this experience.

We have a yearly membership for all 3 of my girls. The manager is absolutely amazing! She always makes sure they are within capacity as this keeps my kids SAFE and avoids overcrowding. She has been so kind to my family! The staff is always very respectful and positive with my children. It's extremely clean and welcoming. We absolutely love Get Air Regina! It's a must have yearly membership!

It's okay, my daughter had fun.But there doesn't seem to be any supervision by staff whatsoever. There was a child, less than 2 years old for sure, walking all over in the big kid area, sometimes just laying there on the trampoline, nearly getting jumped on. It is the parents responsibility for sure, but I would have thought there'd be at least a tiny bit of supervision by staff to ensure adherence to rules.

Great place if you love jumping. Socks are mandatory. Ticket is $10 for children and $17 for adults if you use trampoline. One need to fill in details of all visitors prior to entering the trampoline area.

Big place, fairly quiet; not too busy. No one over crowded or caused concern for safety on the trampolines. Well maintained jump areas & rather tidy/clean. Definitely easy to find & parking was plentiful right out front. Rules are posted everywhere & guidelines are well spelt out. Washrooms had stock but not within their holders. The staff member at the front who saw us in, was slightly off putting but not over the top “rude” just bothered to be there?! All in all, our girls had fun!

Not good at all, drinks were in where everyone was jumping, little kids were where the big kids were so our kids were all nervous jumping and having fun. People were lined up at door and staff no where to be found. And make sure you click on a specific location. There are no massage chairs for parents. Honestly a waste of money.

The Trampoline were great it’s smaller then I thought and very busy. I didn’t like the way the staff acted from the beginning. I had a group of kids coming, called a head of time to ask if only Jumpers need to pay (kids and not parents who are watching) they said only kids will need to pay or parents that planned to Jump. When I arrived there they were ‘in overcapacity’ so they decided to ask that I’ll pay for watching parents as well. Why?! Just Because that’s the rules. Although in the phone before non of this things were mentioned even when I asked all the questions. Mentioning my phone call to the lady at the desk, her reaction was to say that it’s not matter what I been told before. In a different situation I would go, but I had a big group of kids and their families waiting outside. Gave one star because the kids enjoyed jumping.
