I was looking to get my old panel upgraded to the new style. There was alot of people I contacted. Everybody was giving me pricing through the roof plus paid estimate. I was frustrated. Until I emailed APR. They gave me a free estimate and a reasonable price. However that wasn't the best part. The best part was George himself. There are not many people you can just trust right off the bat. But as soon as I met George, I knew I could trust him and his ability to do a good job. My panel change had become quite stressful because Toronto Hydro dropped the ball. But through this tough time, I saw George in his true colors. Kind, patient, and reassuring. When the work was done, I was very impressed with the clean and competent job he did. All the wires were neatly installed, everything was tested, and now I am left with an amazing new upgrade. I used APR to convert my 1960s Etobicoke home fuse box to a circuit breaker panel.George fully explained the process and the job was completed in a very timely manner.He discussed our options and did not try to upsell anything we did not need.Project was completed on time and on schedule.Absolutely would recommend to family and friends!Rick Thompson

I inquired about my broken dryer outlet to APR via texting. They patiently troubleshooted the cause with me and it turned out to be an easy fix. Didn’t charge me anything.

APR installed a ceiling fan in a bedroom in my apartment. They did a great job and the work was done efficiently and effectively. George made sure that everything worked correctly before he left and that I understood how to work the remote control. He was also very tidy and conscientious regarding my space and made sure to clean up. I was very satisfied with the service and have had no issues with the fan since the installation.

I'm not a big reviewer of services but feel that in this case I must. I needed an electrical inspection of my house. George was extremely professional and 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time waiting in the car. He fixed a minor issue he noticed for no extra cost. He went out of the way (who does it these days?) to complete a specific inspection form out of his own volition and without my asking. He even gave me a discount I was not expecting!While the above should suffice as a recommendation, the reason I write this is because of George's integrity. I incorrectly e-transferred him more than he had wanted me to. I would not have know about it if it wasn't for George to promptly send me back the difference. Wow!George: A huge thanks and it was very refreshing for me to see that there are people like you still out there. As for me, not a single electrical need for my house will be done by another company without asking for your availability first - I'm your customer for life!
