Pathetic service at this location. We booked utility dollies too but they weren't given to us. People book the dollies etc for a reason. Unavailability is not an excuse. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone at any cost. Such a hopeless service here.

Smooth experience both times renting from here. They don't seem to have anyone on site so you need to check-in online. But they answer their phone promptly and they assisted very quickly with a mistaken charge at the end. Both times the van/truck was there in the lot and access was very easy.
