My first interaction with Dr Baath was very cold and unpleasant. She show’s very little concern and compassion for her clients. Denies my concerns right away. Had a phone call appointment booked to which she never called me back on. A little unprofessional.

Dr Bubtana listens well, reviews information from specialists before or during our appointments and explains things well, everything I could ask for in a doctor. The clinic uses technology well - I like that I can use the pomelo portal to book non-urgent appointments and avoid calling the clinic, which can be time consuming. The nurse practitioner also communicates well.

Dr. Zhao is very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. Always able to get an appointment if needed, either by phone or in office if necessary. If she is unavailable than there is a nurse practitioner as well. Very happy to be a patient here, and the new office is a great location.

Impossible to contact the clinic. Dr Baath is dismissive and unkind on the rare occasion you can make an appointment. As someone with complex medical needs this clinic poses a danger to my health.

Dr. Moghul is an good doctor, she is a busy woman but always to the point as she addresses your concerns in an efficient manner. Her staff is kind and willing to answer questions.There is sometimes a little wait with this clinic as they grow operations but that’s okay, considering they provide thorough services and their facility is spacious as well. Online appointment system is very convenient and one of the reasons I love the practice so much.

This is not a comment on the care delivered by any of this clinic's physicians but rather about an administrative problem. I was calling long distance, not that they would have known as a live person does not answer, and left on hold for over 15 minutes. No one ever answered! This is inexcusable. There are several physicians at this clinic and they CAN afford to hire another staff member to answer their calls. I can speak from a position of authority as I have managed the practice of a busy medical specialist for many years.

Dr bell was amazing. Dr bubtana has a two week minimum wait on prescription refills. I called two and a half weeks ago and apparently that still wasn’t enough notice. I’ve now missed 5 doses of my medicine and am withdrawing. Now I’ve sat on hold for 30 mins and have been hung up on twice. They also conveniently lost my paperwork to switch to a different doctor, then lost my moms the following day.This practice is a disaster.

I had a great experience with the nurse practitioner, as my usual, Dr. Sahota, was off the day I needed to see someone. This office was very accommodating. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Even though I waited about 15 minutes extra, the nurse took her time to speak to me and examine me properly.

4 instead of 5 stars, because they can be a bit hit or miss to get through to on the phone and online to book appointments.I was formerly a patient of Dr Bell, who's retired. I've only had good experiences with my new doctor (Dr Baath). The nurse practitioners who I have seen have both been fantastic.

Why do we need to wait more than 5 min for someone to pick up the phone for a family doctor office? Is this Air Canada? Admin management, please fix this issue, hire more people or make this process faster! We also have other things to do than just wait for 20 min for someone to answer a call!
