Sessions Cannabis Cambridge (Hespeler)

I absolutely love this place. Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. I pretty much know what I'm getting every time I go in there however if you want to expand your palate, all you have to do is talk to someone and ask them what they suggest. You can't go wrong. Prices are also competitive as they will match other places. Also never a line up. So, what are you waiting for?

I was just at the Cambridge location and I just wanted to give praise to an employee who just dealt with a very rude customer. She was upset that the package she wanted wasn't ringing up correctly and when the older guy that she was being helped by was trying to sort out the situation she got heated very quickly. He stayed polite and asked her to leave. I left before she left but nice work sir I wouldn't have been as nice.

Just wanted to bring to your attention that on 10/06/2022 around 5:15pm, I called the Cambridge location to ask if there were strains available as I have never been to this store not location. A young lady answered and when I asked if she can assist me with strains she abruptly told me that they were online. So I asked if she can still help me as I’m not very savvy with the internet. She said she cannot help and told me to go online. When I asked for her name she said “No” and demanded to know why. After asking her again she hung up on me.This is NO way to operate a business especially when there are new possible customers. The entire purpose of having a phone is to help people that do not know strains and need help. I’m extremely offended by being hung up on and being refused help.I do hope that you will take the necessary measures to remind this employee she is hired to help people and taking calls and being polite is a part of the job.

Decent store but consistently sold out on the same products.

Super over priced. It's really unfortunate especially when you clam good prices.There's better shops in the hespeler area with way better prices and cs

Came into the store needing some help. I was very lucky to have Trinity there to help me. She was very knowledgeable. Great vibes. The store layout is easy to navigate and the selection is huge.

Really just wish their service was faster.I hate having to wait at the front of the store for other people to finish their 20 minute long discussions, to ask a simple question and then walk out.

A massive selection with very friendly and knowledgable staff.

Friendly, awesome staff, only had one issue since I started going but that was minor and resolved immediately.

To many hassles. Does not accept koho anymore. I never have issues with the other shoos
