I got my 7 month olds ears pierced by Onieka, our experience was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and professional. Everything is safe and sanitary. Baby only cried for about 4 seconds!

I walked in to get my lobe re-pierced since it suddenly closed after 20 years. Cherice was wonderful- she was knowledgeable and friendly, and most importantly quick! I'd be lying if I told you it was painless. The pain though, only lasted for a few minutes and I was on my way! It is also great that piercing is free with the purchase of a pair of earrings!

Came in to get my ears pierced. Maryam was very helpful, answered all our questions, She did an amazing job making sure the piercing would be aligned and the process was painless and quick. Very good service, definitely recommend. I was also pleased to know that the piercing was free with only a charge of the earrings.

I came here 2 years ago in December and this lady did an amazing job on me for brows and eyelash lift. It last for about 3.5 months.I went last week to the same place but with a new lady because the other person moved. The brow tint was great but lash lift…oh boy. One side is lifted fully up and the other eye lift is halfway. I know it’s like this because both sides were taken off differently at the end. And both my eyes have been a bit swollen so far.

I was really happy at first because the reviews were really good, but I was extra unhappy with my results. I got a second piercing on my ear. The lady put the little dots on my ears to show me where my piercing was going to be, and I asked her if they could be a little closer to my first piercing. She told me that they were already really close and that she didn’t think she should. I trusted her because she’s was supposed to be experienced with this stuff. I shouldn’t have. I have a really big space between my two piercings. And on top of that, the piercing on my right ear is angled down. And even after a long time, my ears have still not fully healed. The only positives about this place is that it was clean, and the lady was nice.

We took our little one here to get her ears pierced on the weekend, it was a very positive and memorable experience! The staff were welcoming and friendly and our ear piercing expert was patient and knowledgeable! She explained the ears would have to be done separate times and I was nervous but it was quick! Our group of 3 adults that were there for support were so surprised! Her little earrings are simple but so cute, thank you so much!

Excellent service! My daughters were very happy and well taken care of for their very first ear-piercing today! This place is not the cheapest, but the ladies took time to explain the whole process, very patient and professional. Definitely worth to pay a little extra than suffering from Clair’s.
