My husband and I reserved a 15' truck online 4 days before we needed it. We called them a day later because we needed to change it to a day earlier and they somehow had it set to be picked up in Vancouver. So they didn't have the size truck we needed or even 1 or 2 sizes bigger ANYWHERE IN TOWN. So we are ending up with a 26' truck a messed up ferry reservation cuz now there's no spots to reserve for that large, AND we have to go get it from Chemainus. Complete bs would never use them again.

Me and my wife have used this place twice more uhaul rentals. The front desk lady is very nice and understanding. The service was above par. She was easy to understand and very transparent about all the Costs.
