This place is really really popular. We went on a weekend and the wait time was almost 2 hrs. The wait can be frustrating. We decided to wait because we were really craving Hotpot and their food is really good! Good thing is, they have 3 different offers depending on how long the wait is. If you wait more than an hour, you get 12% off.For the food, it’s AYCE so we ordered plenty. We got enoki mushrooms, beef and lamb, crab sticks, lobster ball, some veggies, black fungus, quail eggs, and more. I ordered the tom yum soup base and it’s not that spicy but tasty. I believe the spicy base makes the meat taste better though. You can choose for water base or soup base in case you don’t eat pork or have pork allergy. The fried bun that comes with a bit of condensed milk is a MUST TRY. For dessert, I also like their coconut pastry.

Delicious food and Excellent service, love the additional side dishes, fruits and desserts at the sauce bar.I miss their previous years lunch specials and I hope they will bring it back in the future :)

Amazing experience, we tried the location on Finch Ave. The service is very good. The server of our table is friendly and take orders really quick. They have the new soups menu. The Malaysian Laksa and Japanese Sukiyaki are the new ones and very tasty. They have more options in the dessert menu as well. For sure, we’ll be back. Highly recommend when you’re graving for Hot pot!!

The food was good but I would still prefer doing hot pot at home. When you go with a big group, it’s harder to share soup bases. We had 7 people and shared 4 soup bases. You can make your own sauces at the buffet-style counter.

nice AYCE hotpot, they also offer many side dishes and fruits. Small amount of food but it’s really good for trying more food at once. Nice environment for gathering. Really good place

We had a group of eight, Table was reserved one day Before, It's Valentines day, quite Busy, The staff are response Very quickly, They are quite friendly,the Food are Pretty fresh, You Have choice of soup base, although It's all You can eat,but base soup and some dishes and drinks You Have to pay extra.

I ate before taking a nice photo…I got the Malaysian Laksa soup and it was very tasty - a nice blend of sour, savoury, and spicy. The sauce bar has so many condiments to choose from and the menu has lots of meaty and veggie options.

I had a blast dining at LiuYiShou Hotpot with my friends. It was an incredible experience from beginning to end. The Liu's House Special Soup Base was an absolute game-changer and totally became my favorite. And the service was top-notch! The staff was attentive, and really helpful. They definitely made our meal even more enjoyable.

It is too tired for the whole fay after playing at Wonderland. Even though it is our first time trying this place. It’s an all you can eat hotpot experience. They give me Free tickets for my kids who are under 6 years old.There’s a fruit station where the sauce station is in the same place. My kids really enjoy all the fresh fruits and a lot of surprise for the kids. I cannot say how family friendly it is and will definitely come here again!PS: I forgot to say there are a lot of free parking and I believe you will love this place.
