He requests an email and logo sent to him and will provide a quote upon receiving itSeptember 15, 2022 - Email and logo sentSeptember 22, 2022 - Kris gives a quote and an ETA of 2 weeksOctober 12, 2022 - Call to inquire, phone call ignored, email received that he has been busy and he is working on it and will have a sample to me by tomorrow (October 13, 2022)October 17, 2022 - Visit Freshly Pressed, speak with Kris who says he will have samples by end of day. No samplesOctober 21, 2022 - Call and leave message, no response either through telephone nor emailOctober 24, 2022 - Still no sample nor finished product(s)Could have gone with different suppliers, but I tried to keep it local and was enthused about a 2-week turnaround, which obviously has long passedExtremely disappointed.

Had some new members of my floor hockey teams shirts made and was extremely impressed would definitely go back if i need any shirts custom printed. Price was right, made on time it was perfect.

Kris is an excellent guy. His customer service is great and he offers best quality products and prints. Lest I forget, his price is quite cheap compared to others.Areas to improve is response to email, he needs to employ more hands.After my first order, I am stuck with Freshly pressed and have patronized him thrice this year 2021.

The best service I've ever received. I have made jerseys, shirts, you name it for my ball team and work events etc numerous amounts of times, and have dealt with companies all over Regina in regards to customizing clothing. Kris at Freshly Pressed did the best job on a specific order of mine, and I was more than impressed in regards to timeliness, pricing, service, and the product. He had it done way in advance before I needed it, and it was done perfectly. I can't believe I haven't gone here before. I will definitely be going back for future customization and I highly recommend them for 100% amazing customer service! I was very impressed with everything!

This place is #1! I take my son's soccer jersey's there to get his name and number and they always get it done same day! He has big bulk orders but fits in the little customer too. I am so happy I found Freshly Pressed!

I should clarify to begin this rating might not necessarily reflect the quality of their products. It only accurately reflects their customer service or at least my experience with it. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to experience their product to properly rate it.My saga began with three phone calls. The first call, I didn't leave a message wanting to speak to a person but a day later when I again got their voicemail I left a message requesting a call back. After a few days had passed with no response I called a third time, this time getting a person. When I put forward my inquiry their response? Email us please. With everything you just said" Alright
