Western RV Country Okotoks

Is there a sixth star I can apply?I don’t even know where to begin to explain my experience here, I have to say I had the absolute best service at this dealership. From Brittany at the front desk, her friendliness and hospitality while I waited was fantastic. I bought my RV online through Western, but asked if I could pick it up in Okotoks, where I would be staying. I needed a couple extras before I left on my journey back home with the trailer and Paul - the Sales Manager - stepped up with another salesman, both were so great - to get these things installed for me so I could make my trip safely. This was likely one of their busiest weekends of the year as they geared up for May Long weekend, and they had all hands on deck even though my deal had not gone through their store. I was blown away to say the least. Worth the drive 100% from BC for the experience, as well as their prices are very reasonable! Double win! Highly recommend the Okotoks Western RV store!!

I went here to look at a trailer yesterday. A Kodiak 227 BH. The unit was nice but clearly had some water damage. When I was asked by the sales person what I thought about the unit I said I liked the floor plan but that this exact unit wasn’t for me due to the very obvious water damage. The sales person tried to lie to me by saying it wasn’t water damage ( the wall paper was complete rippled and the Luan wood underneath was swollen) and even got argumentative with me. Unless you are very knowledgeable about RVs stay very far away from this place as they clearly hire sales people who will lie to you.

Had to update my review.on May 13th we picked up our trailer. We had a tech walk us through everything hitch to bumper. He had some great advise and we left feeling very confident.Last night we returned from our first camping trip out.. Russ our salesmen, contacted us last night and asked about our get away, how the trailer handled. We were blown away yet again with Russ. We had mentioned while we picked up the trailer that we were going away. The fact that the service from Russ didn't stop when we drove away but continued to confirm that everything went well speaks volumes of the service. Thank you Russ! and thank you Western RV for having employees that truly care!!!We just had the best experience buying our new trailer! we are blown away by the service we received. Russ was our initial contact and had a very pleasant interaction with him, he was not pushy and took our needs and wants into consideration and found us the perfect travel trailer for our family!Chis was incredible and walked us through all the financial items. He too was amazing! While we were signing all the paper work our kids were being tended to by the lovely lady at the front (sorry I missed getting her name) but she was next level with the kids, she took the time to do an Easter egg hunt with them.All in All our overall experience was 10/10. we feel like we received the best service and we are super excited to start our new chapter of being trailer folk!Thanks for everything and We highly recommend Western RV OKOTOKS!!

I went into Western RV Okotoks on July 1 for a vent dome. Our vent had been damaged during a hailstorm the night before. Sales was open but Parts and Service was closed. Chris came to my rescue helping get one. We so appreciated it as the weekend was quite rainy at times and not getting water in the trailer, well super helpful. Thanks Chris and Western RV

What an experience. John is by far the most phenomenal person I’ve ever dealt with in sales. It felt like I was dealing with family. Everyone at western rv treated our family with welcoming arms and I have been recommending them to everyone I know. I couldn’t be more grateful for how easy and helpful the whole process was. We can’t wait to go campingThank you so much John!

Be careful buying at this RV dealership. We bought a new Crossroads travel trailer here in 2018. At the time of the final inspection a bubble (separation) was discovered in the fibreglass sidewall. We did not understand the seriousness of this and they reassured us that it could be fixed easily. They kept the trailer a couple of weeks and then gave it back to us supposedly fixed with the bubble undetectable. But in the 5 years we have owned this trailer more and more fibreglass bubbling has taken place at the same location covering about 10 sq feet now. It turns out that it is virtually impossible to fix, very expensive to even try and I've learned that you should never, ever buy a trailer with bubbles in in the fibreglass sidewall. (just google it). And this dealership presumably knew that and still sold us this NEW trailer that should have been instead returned to the manufacturer. And multiple people were involved and knew about this issue including the sales team, the service team and the management. Its a pretty poor reflection on the dealership and I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from buying there.

Paul Alexander was absolutely exceptional with giving me and my fiance keri information towards our first RV purchase.I'm happy we have spent the time to come here. I highly recommend you give this RV dealership your business.

Bought Travel Trailer with tank monitoring defects we discovered after our first used, then the service dept scheduled the fix after almost a month. After that, another defects came out while using the trailer, no light signal and water heater not functioning… Not a good experience for a first time RVing!!!

I have tried both Airdrie and okotoks location. Both have been terrible to deal with. I don’t recommend entering this building at all. They damaged my trailer when it was in for warranty work, continued to deny it. Refused to fix it. They are extremely unprofessional. I am a very experienced RV person/camper they went out of their way to belittle me and make me feel stupid as well as assumed I was dumb as a post. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost. Go somewhere that you get treated with the respect you deserve. I could continue with the laundry list of reasons why I don’t recommend this company but I won’t just do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

My experience with Western RV Okotoks was a joy. The salesperson Paul was knowledgeable and helped me find a trailer that suit me perfectly. Him and his team went above and beyond to see that all my needs were met. I’d recommend them without hesitation.
