Ignorant and rude staff !!!! Was in a rush and someone was allegedly stealing at the same time, was told if I’m with that alleged thief as I’m rushing, upon confronting was asked if I’m having a bad day! Applaud the audacity of straight up accusing someone to be part of theft while I was paying at the cash counter.Welcome to Canada ! The rare ‘finds’ I found.

Love this location! I go in here fairly regularly and have always had a good experience. I was used to seeing the same 2-3 cashiers that seem to be there less often recently, but the newer staff are excellent as well. I'd choose this Rexall over most other store locations - both before and since the pandemic. Highly recommended!

The Merchandising staff in this store needs a shout out!!! When I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the establishment was and the aisles were stocked and merchandaise looked beautiful!!! The cashier staff were huddled together chatting like a clique of teenagers, but I talked to two amazing Merchandisers who helped customers and stocked the aisles! They were amazing and took pride in their work which they should. Pharmacist was not enjoyable to talk to but her assistant was working hard to get everyones orders in. I would literally come back to this store because of those two staff and how the shelves are stocked so you can be sure to get what you need!!!! They seriously make the store what it is.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Thank you for working throughout the pandemic. Store is neat & tidy. Sometimes have to wait for a cashier, but they are busy working on other projects..

Went to this store and ask staff at front that i need help with perfumes and she just gave me hand directions and did not said a word and started walking to the perfume section and then she asked WHICH ONE, nothing else, when i told her which one i want she just grabbed the perfume and went to cash counter, she did not even bother to ask do wanna try it or do you any help with anything else and also i was asking other staff if they still have this item she rudely said if its not there then we don’t and she said i can check at the back but never went to check at the back. I usually visit this store and i have met their Manager and she is very professional but i was not expecting what i went through yesterday. I bought a stuff and paid more then $200, in exchange i expect little bit of respect.

Why do all the middle aged white women who work here act so bitter and rude to literally all POC customers? It wasn’t even me at first and this older lady who spoke English but slowly was asking for a cream and this employee was being so disrespectful. Then I go to the pharmacy and the ladies are so bitter and rude. Everyone there just seems like a bitter divorced woman tbh and made the experience terrible. I will continue shopping at shoppers drug mart since this was a one-off time that I came to rexall and had this experience.

Been using this pharmacy for years, I love it! Never had a single issue with my prescriptions and they always make sure to explain everything to me when it comes to my meds and my coverage. I'm always happy to come here and I trust the workers a lot.I don't shop too often in the actual store, but I've bought snacks and makeup here as well and it was good. :)

Horrible service!!! They tell you your prescription is ready for pick up. Then when you go to pick it up, they refuse to give it to you and say they need original copy of RX. This would have been fine had they told me that in advance so I didn't spend 30 minutes in traffic getting there only for them toRefuse to give me my prescription when I got there. so I have to go without prescriptions for at least the day if not more! At least take ownership of this mess you created for me, Rexall! Do not recommend!
