Absolutely love the people , very clean and Absolutely wonderful customer service from all departments, I can not rave about the food enough, my favorite experience during my medical stay in St. John's, I also want to add they also have medical shuttle which is a bonus

Comfortable beds, quiet for sleeping, the food at Jack's restaurant is delicious with great variety to choose from. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and very patient and accommodating. I can't say enough about the great service we received during our lengthy stay.

The rooms were clean, the food at the restaurant was great. The location is close to malls and within 50 dollar cab ride to airport.

I used to visit this place every few months before the pandemic and I always had a great time. The staff have always been helpful, polite and easy to deal with. I have always enjoyed the food, except for one time. And the hotel staff have always gone out of their way to make sure any event runs smoothly. The only issue I sometimes have is getting there because of the location but that is minor.

I enjoyed my weekend stay here. It has a nice dine-in restaurant & fitness room. The rooms are very modern, but not a spot if you're looking for a great view.

Our room was very clean and most everything was great however, the TV was not very clear with lines going across it and the air conditioner seemed to not be giving off much cool air. Staff at Jack's Restaurant were very nice and food was excellent and great prices.

Room smelled musty and old. Was given 3 complimentary breakfast vouchers for the morning and when we entered the dining room we were turned away for not having a reservation. We weren’t told at checkin that a reservation to eat breakfast was needed so we had to go to a restaurant down the street and pay $50 for breakfast.Will Never stay here again!Easy to tell the late Harry Steele ain’t running things anymore.
