Absolutely hands down, the best place to get your “supplies”. Such a wide variety of high quality products and some good deals to be had. It’s a family owned business, so you get that warm friendly welcome every time. Also their very knowledgeable and helpful about the products. Very compassionate, helpful people that’ll go above and beyond to accommodate and help a customer. My eyesight isn’t the best and I couldn’t read the labels. One staff member “Tori” helped me out and answered all my questions. I explained my eyesight, she’s like np at all no worries. Now every time I go there she comes and helps me out. Highly highly recommend this place.

I've known Tam and April for years. I was a customer when they owned their resort. Now I buy CBD. They have an enormous selection, the place is immaculate and they are very kind, caring and accommodating. Best customer service around. Very professional. Not some back yard weed place. This place is top of the line with the best products you can get in Canada and as someone who lives with chronic pain they are a wealth of knowledge to always put together a great concoction for you. I'm a loyal customer and wouldn't go anywhere else

Love to the ladies who work in Cannabis. The self-proclaimed “bishes” greeted me with a smile and warm vibes. Desperately needed to chill and had lots of recommendations and products to choose from. Amazing store in the heart of downtown! Huge selection - just about any type of product you can imagine, good quality and fair prices. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable. They were able to special order in a device for us. The store is also pet friendly :)

The staffs lack of knowledge is deplorable. Was visiting a good friend in BC & came here only to be dumbfounded by what I was being toldIn response to the owners reply: maybe it’s not the paying customer who’s having a bad day but your staff who’s having an uneducated day. Shame you blame your PAYING CLIENTELE for ‘having a bad day’. What a passive aggressive stance you take. I would hate to be your employee. I feel terrible for them, knowing how poorly you treat your customers.
