We were exactly 40 minutes waiting in line.A&W should put more stuff to serve the people..I was not satisfied with my cheeseburger at all!!

I used to work here and the experience left a sour taste in my mouth for months now. The manager (Kajal Preet) had denied my request for a week off while my girlfriend was sick, then had proceeded to wish her “gods” to watch over me and send “bad luck” upon me. It was THE worst work environment I have ever seen. The manager had also only showed up to work for one to two hours a day and leaving everything to “team leads” rarely promoting anyone to supervisor or any noteworthy role. Disgusted with this property.Now discussing the food quality, several employees would sell items that had past the proper times for to sell; many items would past an hour time since they had been cooked and still be sold. The kitchen was also in miserable quality, as above the fridge and freezer laid a black fuzz resembling mold. If mentioned the person who saw it as a concern would be forced to clean it; as a punishment.The new owners had made these a issues a standard, as quality dropped and prices had gone up.

The most friendly fast food server I’ve ever encountered. I can’t speak French and she had limited English but she was awesome. We had a great laugh at the window while I waited for my food. The food was typical A&W but if I lived close I’d eat there just for the service.

Love it but closes 2 hours earlier than it says in google and they refuse to change the hours.**UPDATE**I paid for and extra sauce and this is what I received, they’re not even half full.

Great service, but way too long to be serves. I always order in the drive in and first time here they kept me waiting for 10mins and today i waited 8 minutes to pay and another 8 minutes to get my order. Something has to be taken in charge because this is not how you roll à drive in.

A really nice service. They was fast even tho they were only two. The food was really good. I always remove stuff from my burger and sometime people forget to take them of but they didnt. Which i am very happy for.

After spending money in tea, and 2 chubby sandwiches. I asked for the smallest cup with water (tap water) to clear my throat. I was told by a cashier that she would have to charge me for a bottle of water. I get that not all A&W's have the same policies, but this is ridiculous.
