This is by far the best family dentistry. From the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentists and the overall setup of the office; YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! They do all they can to accommodate my family at all times. They're professional, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Portway Dentistry for all that you continue to do!

We had an appointment booked for 10, the dentist isn't there yet, ok, no problem. The hygienist brings my daughter back and starts cleaning her teeth. Around 10:20 the dentist shows up (late), ok, no problem. The hygienist goes to get the dentist and check my daughter's teeth, as she's done cleaning them. By the time he comes back into the room, it's around 11:50 and we're still needing the dentist to also check my 1 1/2 year olds teeth. So the dentist says I'll be back in 5 mins" by this time its close to noon. Around 12:15

The receptionist in this clinic is so rude and no manners. As if she owned it. If she owned it, she should more polite and respectful to paying costumers. After reading all bad reviews referring to that receptionist I don’t know why she’s still there. She’s causing bad reputation to the clinic.

I sent my 18 year old daughter for a cleaning and check up for the first time by herself. It seems they saw this an an opportunity. This dentist practice gouges their clients. They charged twice what 3 other dentists in town quoted (admittedly only done after I got the bill from portway) would have charged for a cleaning and X-rays for her. From reviewing the bill with those 3 other dentists all commented that their pricing was considerably higher than what they charged for the exact same procedures I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy.

Went in for a chipped tooth. I thought it was going to be a weeks long affair but they were able to take me last minute and FIX my tooth, within 24 hours of it happening.Truly an amazing team they have here, Heather did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. I recommend this office for any dentist appointments because their people are great.

I was referred here for dental services, and had Humaira for a cleaning. She did a great job and was very mindful of my sensitive teeth. Very thorough as well.

Very happy with the level of service. Lydia picked up on numerous things that dozens of other hygienists/dentists have missed over the years. I learned more during one cleaning than all other visits to other dentists combined. She should consider becoming a dentist. Glad I made the switch.
