Love the building and staff here. Staff is always so helpful with every need we have. Grandmother lives in one of the buildings and they check in on her occasionally to make sure she's OK. Love it here and I'm so glad my family has a nice place to live. Honestly, just wish laundry was a little cheaper.

Nice upgrades are for bldg 24 only! My windows have mould on the outside/condensation all winter! Wind comes through my hollow door in the winter. Hallways are nasty/carpets/walls. Garage door has been broken for over a year! Potholes everywhere! Every October we start having hot water issues! Rent goes up but nothing gets done! Ants everywhere!

This is the last place I would recommend to anybody, unless you enjoy cockroaches entering your ear at night, having cockroaches enter the food you cook, and having a smelly apartment.The windows are disgusting, closets are busted, and the bathrooms have some type of dark spots all over the walls and the roof, and I still cannot figure out what it is.A friend of mine got stuck in the elevator for about 2+ hours, and an elevator I was in ended up stopping in between walls for about 10 minutes.If you enjoy people running down halls, people above you jumping up and down, the smell of old moist carpet, and roaches all over your apartment that is supposedly meant to be luxury"

Dont recommend! Its been three years since they said they would replace my leaky windows, one window is also been jammed closed since then. Theres been vommit on one of the doors of the basement for over a month now. Last insadent was blood, witch they wouldnt clean till someone kicked in the door. The elevators dont work properly, my daughter has been hit twice now from the doors. The divider on the belcony is starting to Loosen (said they would fix last summer) and falling over and others have it worse with them completely blown over not just a couple welds gone! Last but not least they have two bedrooms and two bathrooms hooked into one fuse that kept blowing from being over loaded (with three things plugged in between all room and lights on). They blamed it on a fan and put in breaker style fuse in. You can see burn marks still from them blowing up!

I have nothing but positive comments to share about this place. Resident Manager Trish is exceptional and outstanding. She went over and above her duty to take the time to explain the application process. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Looking forward to living in this great community!

The apts are cold because the hallways are freezing, not heated, just open vents so the freezing air whips through the hallways carrying the smell from the garbage room throughout the building. All the supposed improvements are so poorly constructed that they are breaking down, immediately after being installed, but we keep getting told all these “improvements” are “eligible for an above average rent increase”. Does management care at all about the people who live here? It doesn’t seem like anyone cares.

I have lived here almost 3 yrs .friendly, maintaince is awesome. Cleaners do a fantastic job. Not noisy but my floor is quiet .I have an upgraded apartment and love it . New management are much better than the last ones.I only wish I lived on the main floor. It's a great place to live if you like apartment life.

Cockroaches are bad along with the ants. Staff are way easier and nicer to deal with then old ones. Windows need to be replaced in 26 and 28. Worried that all fixing on buildings will only get done to 1st. Building as that's what always happens by time 1st building upgraded no more money for rest. Do not like that it going to glass balconies as we lose our privacy and can now see when our fellow neighbours in a different building scratch their private parts.

This is by far the worst landlord to have it's about $$$ and ways to increase rent through above guideline increases. Notice how they doing cosmetic fixes first instead of elevators that are functioning part of building?Case in point balconies skyline has 5+ year plan to redo the entire property the dog run is staying put by the parking garage ramp it's not going back to original spot. SORRY!26 balconies are being done this year and 28 will be done next summer windows I'm not sure about.Over all they will likely put 3-8 million$ in renovations pest control cosmetic fixes over the next 5 years. Expect to get hit with 10-25% rent increases mostly long time tenants in that 5 yrs as well. Ltb will approve a large increase if capital repairs are large enough.They do have serious big infestation these buildings have had that issue for 20+ years. You name it they got it .

WHAT CAN I SAY THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE FROM GROUND UP AND THAT INCLUDES THE STAFF.DEE THE BOSS IS CORPORATE SHILL THATS PROUD TO PAY SLAVE WAGES WHILE SKYLINE IS WORTH BILLIONS. BE PROUD HEAD OFFICE YOUR THE REASON COST OF HOUSING IS SO HIGH MAKE YOUR SHAREHOLDERS HAPPY AT ALL COSTS INCLUDING YOUR OWN STAFF.THESE BUILDINGS ARE INFESTED WITH COCKROACH BED BUGS FERAL ANTS AND CARPET BEETLES.THE STAFF WELL THEY ARE INCOMPETENT LIARS HIGHLY RECOMMEND VOICE RECORDING INTERACTION WITH ALL STAFF YES IT'S LEGAL.THE BI ANNUAL INSPECTION THEY CANNOT GO IN YOUR PRIVATE QUARTERS OR OPEN CUPBOARDS.LASTLY PROTECTING THE EMPLOYEE WHO WILL MAKE UP FALSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST FORMER TENANTS ISN'T A GOOD LOOK.
