They booked me very quickly based on my schedule. The job was well done by Wes and completed with very little hassle or intrusion, I could just relax and they were very quick to reply to any inquiries.

Spencer did a GREAT job power washing the pool deck, patio and driveway. I am very pleased with the results ! Spencer was polite, professional, and hard working......I cannot say enough praise for this young man.

The team showed up on time and well equipped to get the job done. They were efficient, thorough and respectful of the garden areas. The finish was top notch. Moss removal on roof, cleaning of gutters and gutter facings and roof down pipes was excellent. Whatever their special system is for cleaning concrete and wood is spectacular. My neighbours are still remarking on how clean everything is. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and have recommended to friends and family.

We contracted Lyonridge for the first time to pressure wash our property which has 2 driveways, multiple concrete blocks retaining walls and paved stones patios. Spencer and Adam arrived at 8 30 am and worked till 4 pm. I’m so glad to choose Lyonridge to clean my property . Their services are amazing! They were in my neighborhood last week to do job for my neighbor. As I also need to clean the gutters, the sidings and hard surfaces of patio, I approached them to see if they could give me a free estimate. Braden was the one to do the estimation. He’s polite and professional. After checking around my house and understanding my requests, he gave me a quotation which I thought was quite reasonable.
