Absolutely amazing experience! Katie is wonderful, so professional, passionate about her work and thorough. I am extremely happy with the end result, no one can tell the difference between my real hair shadow and where I had SMP. It looks totally natural. I did a ton of research and that lead me to Katie, her reputation is outstanding and my experience was no different. She is the best SMP artist in Toronto, without question! I got my smp done with Katie. The work she did is second to none! To say I'm happy with the results would be an understatement. I will say I was a little worried that it wouldn't look natural (before we started) the final results are amazing and extremely natural. If your serious about smp stop looking and call Katie you won't regret it!

I have been looking into hair loss solutions for years and did extensive research about different options. Hair transplants (FUE) seemed too drastic for me, and I didn't like that I wouldn't be able to shave my head in the future due to the scarring it leaves. It was such an enjoyable experience with Katie & Pam. I wanted to surprise my fiancé for our upcoming wedding and Katie was so accommodating to making it happen. I have been looking for a decent SMP professional for a long time. Multiple times I almost got tricked into some scam that is messing peoples head. Fortunately during my research I found this place, and I got impressed with detailing and quality that they had shown on their videos on social media.I called them to know more and was surprised with great customer service and amount of details that they provided to me regarding the procedure itself and what to expect from it. I decided to book an appointment and they were very flexible with time and accounted on my work schedule.Anyways I had three sessions, each of them were light and easy, I received lots of instruction on the post care and I was very satisfied with the quality of work. The result looks amazing, my perspective changed from I dont want to get bold" to "I love to cut it as short as possible

Katie is an absolute master at her craft and is definitely one of the best SMP artists in the game right now. My results already looked great after the second session but now after the third session I’m completely blown away by how detailed it is and how natural it looks.
