My bed spread had red stains....the night shift said they would charge an extra fee for emergency bed spread change....this for the blood stains.

Place not worth price. Have old premise. AC is in living place, no ventilation in room, cleaning 5/10, just receptionist was good

Very worst service and staff is not polite and afterthat they can't return the security deposit

Worst experience in my life. I was locked out by mistake they said. It happened twice so it ended up waiting in the cold for 30 minutes outside. No one at the front desk. Stayed on the bottom level but a sliding door to the outside would not lock. The bottoms of the drawers would fall out if used. No working phone for 7 days in the room. Ect ect. Save your money and keep driving past this place.

A real disappointment. Room had stained furniture. Small and few towels, one packet of coffee in the room, no teas. Bare minimum in comfort provided to guests, Poor value for the price. Do yourself and your family a favor and choose a different place to stay.

This has to be the most pathetic place in Canada to stay the need hearing aid and etiquette classes.i asked for an early check-in and 2 nights stay as I was here on business. I arrived back at the inn at 7pmfor my 2nd night to find out they did not bother calling me and went into the room I rented with an expect8of privacy to be told that they put my things in a storage room and rented it out. I asked to speake with a manager and was told I can come I. The morning. I'm from another province and at 8pm have to find a place to stay . I would never never recommend this place to my worst enemy. The smug attendant behind the counter only could say well you only paid for 1 night. So I said to him I told them at check-in we were leaving Monday morning . I am not responsible for what they charged me as I stated very clearly I was staying till Friday morning when I checked in. So when we went to retrieve our thing from a storage room surprise surprise not all out things were there. They left half our belongings in the room that was rented out again!!!! When ii have taken inventory of what is missing it will be addressed legally for my expectations of privacy and theft of personal property. They did not even try to contact me about this and they said they did call logs are provable what a sad sad place.

Not going back!Some cheap perfume is trying to cover the real smell of the room.Everything was acceptable until quite disrespectful group of guests, with the mentality of rocking horse, decided to have party.I went to front desk around the midnight asking if they could do something about it.They did and I had a smelly but quiet room for the entire 10 minutes.All repeated again at 1:30am and finally at 3am I gave up.Packed my suitcase and checked out.Apparently they'll keep the entire $649!?All I got back was $100 for damage deposit.I will not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy.If something goes wrong they'll keep your money!!!

What a poor place to stay staff is the absolute worst I have ever had. Not polite, no regard for clients privacy, will bold face lie to you. They kept my deposit and lied about the reason. Apparently your not even allowed to have a service dog if you do not provide them with documentation. And they tried to say the dog peed on the bed!!!! A d she is 12yrs old and cannot jump on a bed that is 1foot of the ground let alone 2.5 feet o ahotel bed and the pee on the bed. Terrible place to stay if they had the last room in town I'd rather sleep in traffic. And food...what food. Lol this is a joke of a hotel/motel. I'd sleep on the. Street 1st!!!!
