Giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. Emergency call to replace a lock, work was done. Got gouged a bit on the price, but so be it.Eight months later, the lock breaks. Fortunately, I have a one-year warranty. Call the company and never heard back despite repeated calls.Do not use this company.

Charged $300 to break a simple indoor lock and replace with $20 new knob. Wouldn't quote over phone before coming over.

Excellent service. I originally called to get a new lock and keypad installed on my door. I made an error programming it they sent sent the locksmith back that night at no charge to fix it. They also re-keyed my garage door so that it would match my new front door. Altogether outstanding service would highly recommend.

I clearly explained that I needed my car unlocked was quoted $29 service fee plus $46 minimum labor. I waited an hour, they showed up unlocked the car in literally three minutes and then charged me $202.27. What a scam.
