I ordered a $60 basket bouquet over the phone for a funeral. I asked for a photo of the arrangement once it was done. It was nothing like the online photos. When I called to ask about changing the basket because I was unhappy with it, the person on the phone was very rude. It was a very unsettling and disappointing experience.
