Service was awesome!! Very professional and super kind. I’ve had a few issues in the passed but they have a few new employees who seem to really know and care about what their doing!!

Josh, Andrew and Colton have each gone over and above, and provided excellent customer service. If only all companies/locations provided stellar performance!

Two years ago I updated my iPhone at the Leamington Rogers store. The service was incredible and worry free. Today I went back to upgrade to an iPhone 13. The service was again incredible! Andrew transferred all my information and confirmed that it was intact. Andrew also reviewed my plan and saved me some $. Andrew and Josh, the Manager are a great team. They work together well, are very customer focused and ensure you are 100% satisfied before leaving the store. Amazing customer service from all

We have had rural internet for less then a month. Nothing but problems we spoke to techs when it went down and they basically told us that it would be 5 days until they can get a tech out to fix it. I work from home. Useless giant corporation that doesn’t care.

I went into my local LEAMINGTON Ontario Rogers store today to do an upgrade on my phone and check out my family plan the store manager Josh and another young fellow Andrew both assisted me we have dealt with Rogers for over 35 years and I have never received such excellent service as I did from these two young men They were so polite and professional they answered all my questions I got my new phone set up looked at our old plan and were able to make changes to save us money I believe these two young men Josh and Andrew are definite assets to Rogers team and I really hope that someone higher up sees this review as those two young men definitely deserve some recognition and congratulations for such an excellent job they should actually be running a workshop on how to provide excellent customer service I can’t say enough about Josh and Andrew and how wonderful they were assisting me

y wife and I received prompt, extremely courteous and friendly helpful service from a Rogers sales/service representative named Josh. . He adjusted our phone pre paid plan and fixed an issue my wife had with the phone. He also set up an installation date for internet home service . We were very impressed with Josh's expertise and assistance!
