I have a rescue dog, and so it’s hard to find pet grooming places I trust. Veronica’s is one of the places I have no second guesses about bringing my pup here. They always give me some info about how he did, and he comes home happy, healthy, and tired.

Absolutely terrible management and communication by this business, I tried to inquire about their holiday hours/availability last Christmas and while they were initially happy to answer (i.e., tell me they didn't know yet) my emailed questions, they eventually stopped replying at all to even confirm whether or not they'd be open for business. Truly disappointing considering how highly rated they are, I truly expected better communication than just straight up ignoring a customer.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for ages. Veronica’s / 762 are the best. Six weeks after we adopted our dog we had to go abroad to see family and were so nervous about leaving her. JF, Florence and the team could not have been more supportive or taken better care of her. Since then Kuma has had some complex health problems but they have been so patient in sorting out her ever-changing medications. We are regulars and will drive over from Canmore to drop Kuma off because we know she thinks of this place as her second home. It’s the people that make it such a special place. Thank you!

Veronica’s is an awesome spot for doggie daycare, food, supplies and Florence does a fabulous job on our (very finicky) dog’s nail salon treatment! Blu loves the vibe and socializing with the other dogs!

Very flexible and accommodating! Left my pup at the day care and ran late to pick up. The owner was very understanding and even dropped off my pup at home. They are also attentive to my dog and updates me on how my anxious pup is doing each day. Would highly recommend!!

We brought our mini Aussie here for a couple nights while on a mini vacay in Banff, it was such a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and super sweet with him. When we dropped him back for his second night's stay he didn't even look back just pranced right in! Would highly recommend!

We took our 11-month old golden retriever here for the day, and it was her first time at a daycare ever. Extremely friendly staff who explained how the facility works. We requested updates and were graciously sent these images throughout the day. We picked Meiji up and we energy was happy, which resulted in a nice rest for the evening. If we were around longer or local, we would definitely bring her back - especially with such affordable rates!

I visited Banff during the holiday season. While my family and I were on tours and exploring the mountains our pup was playing at Veronica’s daycare. The staff there was so wonderful! They were so accommodating with pick up and drop off. When a tour started early or late they were so eager to see how they could help me get Ahsoka. During vacation it can be stressful leaving my pup with strangers, but the owner and staff made me feel so comfortable. By the second day Ahsoka was so happy to see come back and see the staff. Also the indoor shop has such cute things for dogs of all sizes. I bought my pup a hand made sweater. Definitely recommend if you live in Banff or are just visiting. I wish I could send my pup to this daycare back in NYC!

My boyfriend brought my great pry mix (Haven) to Veronica's, after a not so great night in our hotel. The hotel we were staying at was nice, but was a little too loud/busy for a great pry to relax.It's a really hard to leave your animal with strangers, so we were ecstatic to see how happy she was when she left. She was clearly well taken care of, thank you!

I am so happy I was able to overnight board my dog for the weekend in Banff here. Florence was extremely passionate and gave me a thorough update of how my dog enjoyed his stay, showed me videos of his interactions, and went above and beyond to care for my boy Ranger. I like how they have the option to pick up your dog during the day if you want to bring them on a hike or walk and bring them back before closing. I would absolutely use this company in the future when I am not staying at a dog friendly hotel. I am grateful to all their hard work and love they showed my dog.
