PCC Pain Care Clinics Oakville

I have been suffering on and off due to a work related spinal injury for over twenty five years. I was referred to the pain clinic by my gp. After initial injection treatments, nerve ablation was suggested as the next step. I was told by Dr Hergazy that the pain would get worse and then taper off. I am fortunate that, two days after the nerve ablation, I am presently pain free. It is a novel feeling as I have not been pain free for a very long time. Thanks Dr. Hergazy. My back thanks you, as does my wife who had to suffer along with me during my episodes. How can I not give you five stars.

Dr. Inamdar goes above and beyond. He is absolutely fantastic, so are the staff members at the front desk.

I was referred to this pain clinic in Feb/Mar 2023. I was contacted by the clinic in April and the appointment was scheduled for April 12th at 12:30pm. As I was walking out the door for the appt I received a call from the clinic that the appointment needed to be canceled. It was rescheduled for April 20th at 12:30pm. A few days after it was booked I got another call canceling and it was rescheduled to May 5 (today). Well, guess what????? Yup, they called May 3rd and canceled. It was rescheduled until next week. Today I received another call from the clinic advising they have to cancel again as they do not treat pelvic pain!! The referral wasn't even for pelvic pain. I'm absolutely speechless at this experience. Please don't waste your time with this clinic. When I called and spoke with them this morning they advised me there is no past record of my appointment history or that they were rescheduled which is shocking!!!. I will definitely be writing to the Ministry of Health to share my experience. Patients deserve to be treated better and be taken seriously. This shows the dysfunction and incompetence in this clinic as they clearly never read the referral. Thanks for being a complete waste of time. If I could give a zero I would have!!!

Dr. Inamdar is a genuinely kind and amazing person. He seriously cares about his patients and doesn’t try to rush you in and out like some other doctors. I’ve been seeing him for many years now, and finally I have some solutions that work to keep my severe back pain under control. Highly recommend.

I have been going to PCC weekly for a few months now. Dr. Inamdar and his staff are amazing. So friendly, patient and caring. Even when I have trouble expressing my pain, he listens and explains everything clearly. Most of all, helped a great deal with managing my pain (both shoulders frozen). My appointments are closer to the end of the day and even on their busiest, longest days, nurses and staff are upbeat and friendly. Thank you.

I absolutely love this clinic! I've been a patient of them since 2019, the nurses and staff are amazing! Of course they get busy but what medical clinic isn't ? They are very understanding and accommodating to everyone's schedule as long as you call ahead. They do have busy periods , but it's only when it's mid day. After 4pm the volume in the clinic slows down a bit. I love coming here and speaking with the front desk and my nerve block doctor. They make this weekly occurrence bareable.

Dr Inamdar, Jamie, Megan and Victoria are the most caring people I have come into contact with in the medical community. I have been a patient since they first opened and Dr. Inamdar always takes the time to listen and more importantly explain things in ways that are easy to understand. They have allowed me to better manage my back pain reduced my suffering.

Wow. Dr Haragasy. Sorry I spelt it wrong. Is the best Dr. I have ever had in 52 years. He is very kind and understanding. I can't thank him and his wonderful staff for making the pain of the procedure not so bad. You are truly amazing, Thank you

Very un organized clinic. And very bad in patient management. They should know better than any one else what it means for someone to in continous pain. My wife was suffering from continous pain and she cant get appointment with the Doctor for more than one month now. Her doctor send her for Ultra sound and she did it since more than a month yet no body called her and when she call for appointment they say we need to get doctor approval without any feedback. Even when she decided to transfer her file to the other branch in at cathren since 2 weeks they are failed to do so. If you have a choice go to abother clinic . Since 2 month my wife suffering of this cotinous pain and this clinic wasted our time. We are trying to find new clinic now

The staff and reception here are the nicest people I’ve dealt with in a medical setting and Dr Demian has gone above and beyond to help me manage my osteoarthritis. I recommend anyone with chronic pain to please give this place a try.
