Went there to connect two LED strips together a couple weeks back and they did and the strip is properly working. Went again for the exact same thing today but the guy at the front desk had a VERY poor attitude towards me. Told me it was complicated... I said I got the exact same job done a couple weeks ago. Then told me they only worked with their material. Anyway, things escalated pretty quickly and he had absolutely zero chill. Just as I was walking inside I could tell he had something against me. “I’m just a client” I said. There was another person from the company who came to talk to me (in a calm way) and tell me they wouldn’t do the job. I said thank you to this nice gentleman and left.
