Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs

The previous homeowner recommended Seaways to use. Used this company for many years and still think they are the best ones in the Newmarket area. I called and spoke with Dylann for all my needs for both my pool and hot tub. From quick cleaning bookings to pool and hot tub closings. Each process went smoothly and the guys did an amazing job taking care of everything for us. Definitely will be my dedicated place from now on

Great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff!We just moved into a new house with an above ground salt water pool and a beachcomber hot tub. Had no clue how to take care of these things. I brought a water sample in, they told me what I needed, and even had a replacement filter lid for my hot tub as someone sat on and broke the one we had. Awesome store and staff! Will be going back soon for more supplies! Thanks Seaway!

Seaway installed my pool and has always been there to answer any questions or get a repair done. Wendy and Dylann work very hard to keep things running smoothly along with the service techs, Bill and Bryan. When bumps along the way happen they all jump into action to smooth things out.

I Viv have previously used Seaway pools for pool installation in our Woodbridge home over 10 years ago, we moved to Nobleton almost 8 years ago and went with Seaway as they are incredible with scheduling, design communication and have a great team of workers. We continue to use their service winterizing our pool, opening our pool and servicing also our Beachcomber hot tub. We often deal with Wendy in store as she schedules and keeps usI formed about everything. Craig is incredible and takes the time to actually LISTEN not just push and sell what you don’t need. Will always recommend them !!!!

Technician replaced my heating element with a faulty part. When I made arrangements to have someone come back out to fix the job they were a no show. I called four times to reschedule, each time reception would say I will talk to service to get their availability and call you back" never called back. I emailed twice

We use Seaway Pools for our pool openings and pool closings in Vaughan every year, and I have to say that they are truly the best! The are always show up on time ready to do a professional job, and they always give me the best advice on how to maintain my pool. They really go the extra mile for their customers and it's truly appreciated. I highly reccomend this company for anyone who owns or is looking to own a pool, swim spa or hot tub!

The Staff was great, professional. Especially Dylann any concerns I had she was very helpful and answered all my questions. She would always call me back and give me updates. Service was great, excellent attitude.

First time having my pool winterized by a company (I used to do it myself but I am getting too old) I spoke to Dylann on the phone, she was very knowledgeable and was able to schedule me in on a day that worked perfect. I am new to the pool and hot tub world. I contacted the Newmarket store location for some general questions. I was immediately in touch with a young lady named Dylann. She answered all my questions with knowledge, recommendations, positive energy and feedback. She recommended coming into the store to really get a feel and ideas from the floor samples. She was there to greet me at the time discussed prior to arrival. I was met with a great smile and personality! Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly person! The biggest challenge for me with our pool and hot tub is down time. Not being able to use them due to equipment failure or water quality issues. After years of struggling with this I found Seaway Pools and Hot Tubs in Newmarket.Problems solved.Since I have been following Dylann and her staff's advice I have had zero down time in over 5 years!They carry great products at excellent prices. Their system for water maintenance is easy to follow and use. If I have an issue there service department is excellent. Even during Covid when they were stretched thin like everyone else, they provided top notch service.I highly recommend Dylann and her excellent staff.
