This place don’t look like much promising ( the place) at first but once you are in the office the welcoming is amazingThis place is from the Mohawk university and the sessions are provided from the students that need hours to complete their certificationThey are working with a teacher and at the first visit they will make a file for you with all your info and health information to better assist youThey don’t give a bill for insurance but the price is very lowIf you have being or are a Mohawk student or worked or work for it the price for an hour session is of $11,50Otherwise is a bit more than $33Keep in mind this are students but they are really good and for the price it can’t be wrongYou can book your appointment onlineIt’s sometimes very busy it may take 1-2 weeks to have one appointment

Beautiful places with ponds and wild life.

It has been nine years since Jim and I moved into this little piece of paradise! We refer to our home as the cottage because as you drive into the village you are instantly in a park-like setting. The recent new ownership has not been without its troubles and I am sure there will be more major problem-solving required as the re-vamping continues, but it isn't always the physical plant that makes the product, it is the people working in the plant. The people in this Village are the Village! All the volunteering that takes place, the sense of caring for your neighbours and the group activities available are wonderful. Join in or watch from the side lines - no pressure - it is our home and our choice.Well, it has been awhile since I edited. So, yes, we are in transition at the Mills. Yes, it is hard on the long-standing residents to understand the whys of the renovations. The newbies knew what they were buying into; so no sympathy going there!!! Like any other huge complex where you have well over 1,000 voices there are issues. Everyone sees how to do things and how to accomplish tasks differently. Basically, it is still one- of-kind living and I wouldn't move for the world. You are buying a life-style not just a place to hang your hat.

Urban Cafe,The Urban Cafe is one of the business that reside within the village. They are lovely people and the food was good, however, it was quite disappointing to sit at one of the tables post-pandemic and feel the filth off of it. You would think a business within an elderly village would have taken more precautions prior to the pandemic, but it was disappointing to experience this in 2022. STV should be taking more steps to inspect renters on their property.

Great place to live with lots of activities.

Very tranquil with lot's of serenity, I love the beautiful ponds and they're full of beautiful wildlife. It's very peaceful and relaxing!

Great place to work amazing team spirit.

My mom has been here for 15 years. Friendly neighbors and lots to do. Activities, fitness, social, and spiritual. Something for everyone. Great streets to walk along and parklike atmosphere.

Beautiful Christmas decorations are put in the front grass area. Park your car and go for a short stroll
