4 snow fall so far they only came for 1. And they shovel at the very end of the 48hr period. TERRIBLE. Also don't bother calling or emailing they never get back. Also they send emails asking you to salt and sand your driveway.

They don't service residential supposedly....

The worst snow removal company ever. They donot even deserved one star! In 2016, I hired this company to removal snow from my driveway and public walkway in Dundas. They only came once at very beginning. There has been no one shaved snow snow after that. I had called them at least 5 times, either the voice mail box is for the 'Shane walker' guys, or I leave the message and they said they will get back to me, which they never did. I also send a dozen of email, which has no response too.Despite the horrible service I received, they still took my money. I donot recommended anyone use this company at all. Such a shame we have this kind of irresponsible company exist in the region! DO NOT HIRE THEM! DONOT USE THEM!

Completely useless. The first major snowfall of the season in January and they are nowhere to be found. Can't be reached, don't show up. Complete disregard for their customers

I would not hire for snow removal. They are extremely delayed in service and when you complain they do nothing and call you rude. They said well you're the first to ever complain. Not sure as they have a 1 star review
