Great service, comfortable waiting area and fair pricing

i moved to west island 4 years ago and this garage name came up about a year ago through my ex mechanic. i will be honest from my opinion. the pricees may be higher depending on work, but the results have been satisfying. i bought a my gmc canyon denali in, im not sure if problem is fixed but their honesty and good work will make me a repeat customer. i dont like being ripped off like many people. we work hard for our money as well. but understanding my conversation with head mechanic Mike they want client satisfaction. I do want to thank Mike as his professionalism was appreciated ! All i say and hope this service center reads this is run your shop in HONESTY and trust me clients will appreciate that the most. Offer quality products and in honesty and im 110 percent in to refer to my family. i have been starting to bring my other vehicles and will continue to do so !! Thank you for doing your best even though as customers we get frsutrated . Shout out to Mike !!

This place that does car inspection to do a 3 minute check cost you pay $47.37..... just for checking one wiper and one seat belt buckle... this is how people are getting ripped off....... and I recommend to go to other places to do your car inspection because this will hurt your wallet.. plus there's always going to be a small failure so that you can come back and get charged again....... it's true with others are saying just to make more money

I am seriously impressed how much these guys care about their customers. I was given an aptmt for 1pm and my car was in at 1pm. They worked very hard to accomodate my request for a short timeline. I cannot recommend this place enough. Very professional.

I had a car from Ontario that I needed to pass inspection, and had a death in the family that made it much more urgent to get the vehicle usable. These guys fit me in for an inspection asap, then got me over to I-Scan to fix some issues, and re-inspected the same afternoon. I am still very thankful for their help during that very stressful time...now SAAQ on the other hand....

I brought my car in for an end of lease inspection as recommended by CAA. I received my membership discount on the inspection. Easy to book the appointment and the day of my appointment, everything was explained and as they promised total time was 2 hours. Provided a full detailed inspection report on the car.Very satisfied with the service.✅

Trust worthy and reliable. I can’t say enough great things about David and Caesar. They are knowledgeable, honest and do their best to save you money. I have been going here for about 10 years. My humus and abs I usually have German cars and the occasional Mazda. Their service is fast and never wasteful. I truest them more than any dealer or other garage.
