For the past 20+ years, I've had the opportunity to work with three major developers here in Vancouver as a CSO (Construction Safety Officer). During this time, I've watched Marcon become one of the major players in the industry. Just over 1 year ago I was looking for a change and did a bit of research and really respected what I learned about Marcon's Safety Program, so I applied and thankfully was hired. What a great choice I made. Thank You Marcon as you have proven that your companies health and safety programs by far exceeds those that I've worked with in the past.

I started as a team member over three years ago and I have absolutely loved everyday with this amazing company. A leader in safety training, I have been trained for several ticketed positions and I am continuing with further advancement training. This is company has been incredible to work for and I look forward to working with my fellow colleagues and tradesman daily.

Own a condo built by Marcon/Ledmac. Poor construction and customer service. Have water hammering in pipes that go off in the middle of the night, reported issue under warranty and not fixed yet after almost two years. The BC construction performance guide literally has requirements on what is acceptable and not, and these guys choose to ignore it. Have documented video and audio evidence for two years too. Considering taking legal action as they've been ignoring me now.

The worst customer service I ever deal with. I had a service ticket opened for marcon, they don't follow up! When we complained the heating and hot water issues, they always lie to us and saying that you are the only unit experience these problems, no other units else complaint. Actually this is not true as I found out from the other neighbors they all complain too. Marcon just don't want to take responsibility to fix all the problems. I'm very disappointed with them, they are not a reliable builder

Fantastic place to work, Marcon is family oriented business focusing on quality of life both inside and outside of the work place. Onsite we get all the support we need from whatever department it may be from. Outside of work we get the same support if needed. Best company I have ever worked for.

As a worker there are far better contractors out there. The toilet situation at the site I am on is pathetic. Not enough and not cleaned enough. Your supers should be ashamed of themselves. Also, the supers and cso should be better educated on the dangers of silica as clearly none of them have a clue
