Merci pour votre excellent service! L'agente qui reçoit mes trois colis de FeDex pour retourner au marchand est très professionnelle et courtoise. Je ne comprends pas ceux qui ont laissé des commentaires négatives à l'égard de ce bureau indépendant.

Terrible service. Poor staff that have to deal with bogus directives to avoid helping their customers. Like not allowing to use the web to print a form for their client while they have full access and charging $1.40 to print an export form from their computer (2 pages). For me, I will find another shipping Center next time.

Be more honest! When you want me to paid 132$ to send a package you are so kind and the next day you are different. When you make mistake you just need to assume and say that you did a mistake and solve the problem. For us it s very important this package! Two face owner! Very bad experience!Even you say all the excuses my experience with you was not as expected. In every business honesty is the most important thing to have and you don't have that!!
