Actually I just posted my bad experience regarding this place before two days. But the only thing that I really appreciate is that they called me and took my feedback in a professional and courteous manner.They took my feedback in a positive way and are ready to improve things. I am so glad to say that every customers matters for them. I will be happy to return at this place again. And I am so thankful to jenny who talked to me and explained me the whole situation.I am really excited to see improvement on my next visit at this place.

Excellent Customer Service for our auto insurance! Bree was the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly, 10/10! Even their receptionist was utilizing time on the queue outside due to covid restrictions. Highly recommended!

Terrible service. Janice is the worst to get an answer from, we waited 2 wks and called her 3x and never received a call back. She did the same to us in 2020. We finally got tired of her unprofessional behavior went to Team insurance had them do a broker transfer and renew our house insurance including the answer to what we asked of Janice. Over 35 yrs of giving them business. They are rude and unprofessional. My true rating is 0 stars. I also wrote to their info email and didn't hear back from them so it must be company policy to not bother with loyal customers. My dad's business of 35+ yrs was obviously not important to them, but Team insurance appreciated it

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Janice. To be quite honest I dread going to insurance brokers and Janice made the experience easy, simple and quite fun! Thank you so much for your time and enthusiasm Janice. I will be back!

The place is okay, some employees are really helpful and friendly especially Indian employees and philippino employees.. I felt like they treating customers very well. I have been there so many times and last time I went there for my cousin and an employee named breeze was so impatient with me, and she had an attitude problem.I think you guys should have teach your employees for how to be patient .It’s understandable that everyone is going through so much stuff during this pandemic but that doesn’t mean you can take your personal problems to your work place. I work in an automobile shop and I deal with lots of customers every day, but even in a bad day I never show that to a customer.we are not coming to you for getting something done for free, we are paying money for your service and most of all, being as a customer service representative what I learned is , customer is the most important person in any business, if customers don’t understand you have to be patient until you make them understand. Looking forward to the next time.

If there was zero star rating I would definitely go for that. Visited this place couple of times because it is on my way back from work. Felt like Indian employees working there are super nice and supportive especially last time I had to deal with an employee named jithandar, she was super nice.Another employee named Anju was nice too, one time I forgot to take my whole documents and I kept asking my doubts one lady named Bree treated me very badly and she had no patience.I went back there next day with my documents and I got a very good service from staff named anju. I’m trying to open a rent a car dealership with my other friends and not suggesting this place to my partners.

Rhonda is by far the most helpful and kind person I’ve ever met! She helped us with house insurance when our previous broker failed us. Thank you so much!
