Very calm & quiet environment. Only one dog gets groomed at a time so you don't hear bunch of barking dogs.

We have been taking our Shihtzus to Kim for about 12 years now and we will never go to another groomer unless she kicks us out . Our Shihtzus are very important to us and we couldn’t be happier with how she treats them and the haircuts are always great !
