Dr. Rebel was absolutely cruel and unkind to me. She is dismissive and hurtful. Please anyone reading this check out her Rate MD reviews for lots of unfortunate and awful run ins with this doctor. She should be ashamed of how she treats people especially women who are in vulnerable situations. Retire Dr. Rebel!!!

Got the biggest blessing of my life with the help of this clinic: twin babies! I am grateful for the amazing nursing staff, doctors and ultrasound technicians for their care and support.Things can be a bit slow in terms of systems set in place but there is no losing hope.Thank you so much Omega!

I was told the IUD procedure would be a “small pinch and some pressure”. I was in excruciating pain during the procedure and then was left alone and told to “take my time” as I was crying, profusely sweating, shaking and pale. I nearly passed out and never should have drove home in my condition. No one checked on me before I left to insure I was ok. I felt like I had to just leave even though I was in so much pain and not well. I then continued to have horrible pain, so much that I was in bed crying for days. I was supposed to book a 3 month F/U however I will be finding a alternative at this point.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, if there would be -5 stars that what this clinic would get from me. I just waisted two and a half years in that clinic for nothing. Today I have apt in a clinic that actually want to help you not like dr M Rebel treats you like a number that she will get paid for, she does not even remember what she give you month before, she does not bother to open your chart before your apt, cold no sympathy at all, no test results, no one bother to go over any test with me or my partner and for two years and 3 miscarriages I had only one test done. She talk me out of in vitro since the waiting list is very very long (according to her) and I will be to old when I get to do that, she said 3-4 years on the waiting list which was not true. My friend that have much better doctor started that journey same time as I did and she had in-vitro done 2 and a half years after. I was very very upset about her talking me out of it. When I call last time when I hadmy miscarriage the nurse was upset that I want apt with dr rebel because she was on medical leave, she did not say even sorry she did not ask if I went to emergency or I need any help at all. I would not let her treat my dog not talking about humans and especially women that are trying to get pregnant. And the voice message in that clinic is beyond upsetting, if you are rude yelling we will hang up on you, did anyone from that clinic even listen to that, you are dealing with emotional and full of hormones woman I should of know better and never step i foot in that clinic just by listening to their voice message.

I had a great experience at Omega Fertility. We were referred by my family MD, and had my first appointment within one month. Dr Jackie was so knowledgeable and made the process go by smooth and quick. Melissa did my ultrasounds and she was so lovely and made me feel comfortable during every appointment. Will definitely recommended to others that need fertility assistance!

Worst fertility clinic.Very mean there.Not willing to help.The secretary’s have no idea what they’re doing. Was in and out of there for 4 years and nothing was done. I’m hurt,sad.Not knowing if we can ever have children. I blame Omega fertility clinic.We want kids. What do we do? No where to go. No one to help. This is so Un fair . And the secretary’s there don’t wanna help anyone with anything.

My wife came here last week and due to a very uncomfortable experience we have decided to look elsewhere. Not interested in giving money to a clinic who had their receptionist sit there and ignore her while she stood at the front desk. Nor in a clinic that labelled her as other" when she is Bosnian/Croatian which is white. Was she categorized as other because she wears a hijab? Do you know there are white muslims? First impressions are lasting please do better."

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.The staff exceeded my expectations, so very patient with me, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer up suggestions.I've met with the Dr a few times, due to my menopausal symptoms with great successThis last appt via telephone, I expressed my concern, and he referred me to another specialist which he stated, would only be a short wait time. Unfortunately the appt wasn't until next year. I tried calling the staff asking them what to do, as i was quickly running out of meds, and the Dr was on holidays for a week.I went to my family Dr, he made attempts at refilling my prescription, - DHEA until the Dr came back, but was unable to, as it's purchased over the counter, and online in the US.So when push came to shove, I was left with no other option, but to order my DHEA online. When I informed the office there was no rush to refill my prescription, after the Dr return, to my astonishment and sadness, I was informed by his staff, that he was dropping me as a patient, as I went against his medical advice.I'm shocked that a Dr could ever treat his patients in this manner, when I had no other option, especially when I had run out of meds, and can easily purchase online or visit the US.All about the almighty $$, lining the pocket, when my concerns for my health should have been a priority, not just another file #.

Had a couple good visits until I had to meet with Dr. Jackie Hollett-Caines who repeatedly pushed her opinions on me about doing extra testing which isn't necessary during my ultrasound, in the end she was insulting and said I'm just winging it". After multiple miscarriages and I finally have a viable pregnancy I just wanted to hear about my baby such as heart rate

Wasted 2 years at this clinic. Multiple pointless cycles and a traumatic failed IVF cycle. Felt like a number and that no one at this clinic could have truly cared less about if treatment worked or not. No one took the time to try and figure out what the issue was, which turns out was extensive endo. Currently pregnant with miracle baby after going to a different clinic. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with infertility.
