Very pleased with the result of of two projects. Work truck collision repair done perfectly in a reasonable time. ALSO, my 89' jag resprayed with some rust repair. They were up front about the cost and made good on some complicated touch ups after the fact. I will bring all my work here moving forward.

Excellent work done on our Truck after we got rear-ended, however, there was a 9 month delay because they were very busy. In that time we moved to sudbury and with insurance could not change shop. We had called and arranged for a single day; when I arrived I was told three days.Not happiest but I should not have been promised one day. They did what they could and that afternoon I was on my way back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!what a joke, garbage workreceptionist was great, other then that, horrible experiencenever again!when i called to complain they said we get all the insurance jobs

The experience i have had with Active Collsion was by far extremely unprofessional, unorganized, inconsiderate, and untimely. The employees at this company obviously do not communicate with each other as much as they should in order to ensure that the customers vehicle is being properly taken care of. They give you unjust time lines for repair, estimates, and updates on the status of your vehicle. They do not tell you that they use other company's to handle what they can't in house and charge you more for the outside party's help. They dont consult with you about the parts being replaced and use used parts when they have said they are ordering new parts. They had my car for way longer then what they quoted me for and when i got my car back it was WORSE then when it was when i brought it in for a simple fender bender. I have more problems now with my car then i ever have and i advise everyone to stay far away from this money grabbing, deceiving company.

Try anywhere but here!!!!!Six weeks to complete a four day job. I asked them to touch up a four inch long scratch by the rear door while they were painting the hood and driver side fender, and they didn't do it claiming that they only mix enough paint to do the main job!! Not a teaspoon left over!If you prefer excuses over service, this is the company for you!!The star is for the receptionist. Very friendly.

Horrible service except for the receptionist she was wonderful. Had to remove my vehicle and bring it to another location AFTER TWO MONTHS to actually have it repaired! If ever you need repairs especially through insurance DO NOT go here.

Worst place to ever go to they get u all hyped up that they can fix ur viechiel an keep telling u they can for 3 weeks than last min they turn around an tell u it's to big of a job an that they can't do it an they tell u to give it a funeral or drive it till it dies I'll never recommend this shop to anyone i have never been soooooo out raged in my life thanks a lot not hope to never see u again.

If I could if give them 0 stars very incompetent and negligent staff, rarely answers the phone and likes to beat around the bush
