Highly recommend. Awesome job done by Platinum blinds at my home. They managed their time as per my job schedule and installation of blinds was within 4-5 days, which was my major concern. Prefer them for amazing experience.

At first its all about the customer service and about how important it is. Then once things start, arrives very late and works late in the evenings. When installing then blinds he does not adjust as you would like and will not listen to what you want. Blinds are installed badly and he will not answer our phone calls to come and fix. All talk and makes you believe he will do the best job when its not true and leaves you hanging with unacceptable blind installation. Also made us wait for an appointment and didn’t show up or answer our calls. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend to anyone. Please be aware and do not hire this company for your blinds. A professional company will make things right for its customers and this company did not.
