Elephants Head RV Park & Gros Morne Glamping
This park is an oasis. Immaculately clean, friendly staff and so peaceful. The views from our campsite were spectacular. Each day we left our campsite and walked 5 minutes to the town of trout river. The beaches are beautiful and the people friendly. If you are looking for a small piece of nature’s beauty then this place is for you. You may find sites as nice but none are nicer.

What an experience! The perfect getaway. Waking up to that view cannot be beat. The sunsets were beautiful, with a great view from the park itself. The tent had everything we needed and much much more. The beds were very comfortable and we got a great sleep during our stay! The bathroom/shower area appeared brand new and was spotless. The cook house was great, we used it to get out of the sun while cooking our meals. It is very convenient for clean up. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. Very friendly. Local recommendations were provided. Elephants Head RV Park and Trout River did not disappoint. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

I didn't have the opportunity to stay here.... But I did get the opportunity to use their washer and dryer and meet the staff and have a look around their property....Stunning views..Clean ..washer and dryer on site

Elephants Head is a great park to stay at with clean facilities, efficient laundry and friendly staff. Just down the road from Tablelands and GreenGardens hikes. Awesome stay!!

Elephants Head RV Park & Gros Morne Glamping
Finally, a full service RV Park at Trout River, opened in May 2018. Very safe environment for children young and old ( like me). Very close Green Garden , Tablelands, and Trout River hiking trails, and two excellent restaurants in Trout River. The owners are so nice, so glad we found you. Yup! They got WI-FI. Nope! No mosquito or black flies.

Great place to camp near Trout River - great location within walking distance to trails and town. Small park but lots of amenities for campers AND the kids. Wifi is quite good! We loved our stay.

Stunning views and location. Staff was amazing and so friendly. About a half an hour walk to Trout River village with a steep hill but worth it to check out the village. Bathrooms incl. Showers were super clean. I would 100% come back if I'm ever in Newfoundland again. Be prepared for some wind though.

Elephants Head RV Park & Gros Morne Glamping
1st time glamping and because of this amazing experience from Elephants Head we will certainly be returning. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the washroom and shower facilities were spotless, everything you could think of was provided or available and the view is breathtaking with lots of hiking trails. The only thing missing was a fire in the beautiful fire pit area and that was only because of the province wide fire ban during our visit. The kids are looking forward to roasting a few marshmallows on our next trip.
