I connected with this clinic after a serious incident left me wanting someplace near home. After being there a few times I have to say it's always been a good experience. I walk in with a heavy load of skepticism for medical clinics in general, but they have always been very good: respectful, professional, and proficient. I am grateful to the practitioners here.

Based on my recent visits to the clinic, I thought of reviewing again as I observed improvements in staff’s dealing especially on call.I was honest before as i penned the facts that I noticed but now when I saw things going better, I decided to write it down so that others can also see and encourage them.Even Doctor was very responsive and understood the need of the hour.Was quite impressed so rated them better than before.

Waiting over 2 hours to see a doctor for 90 seconds is totally inappropriate. If you don't have the staff to run a functioning doctors office, don't run one. It's pretty simple. You shouldn't be out here wasting consumers time because you're greedy and don't feel like paying more than one doctor. Utterly shameful. I will not be returning to this clinic.

The staff and physician were exceptional. I went on a Saturday morning and I was in and out within 35-40 minutes. He was very kind and patient with my 12-year-old daughter and myself. I would love to have him as a family physician. Will definitely go back again.

Came here in a panic because my son got a bad rash from a new formula we tried. Instead of actually caring for my sons reaction and helping ease my mind the doctor made me feel like a horrible mother for not breast feeding and spent the whole appointment talking to me about why i should be be breast feeding. I literally walked out of the appointment in tears!! Not how a new mother should be treated. Don’t take your baby here if you are not breast feeding.

It says it’s open until 4pm toady but it’s closed all day. And last time we we’re waiting and they said an hour and half wait and came back exactly in one hour and even already closed. People need medical treatment should be informed and treated in a better way thanks.

These reviews do not lie when they say it's the worst office. They lie about the wait times only being an hour and just when you've been waiting almost 2 hours and when you finally think you're going to be seen they put you into a room.....only to wait another 2 hours.They do this when they're fully aware they have scheduled appointments. Unorganized.
