Superior Plumbing is an absolute star! installing my new kitchen sink. I was able to choose it with the help of their plumbers, and they offered a same-day. Technician are very helpful and knowledgeable. The lead was thorough, great communication and high quality work. He diagnosed the source of my leak and explained the steps to repair the problem.We've called them out on two occasions now. They are professional, experienced, and courteous. Great to have good, honest, local plumbers!

Over SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS quoted for a replacement of a pressure tankMy mother returned to me with a headache and a bill which I almost couldn't believe with my own eyes. A family without running water left with the option of waiting, or to be scammed by this company.Other companies called thought this was as insane as we did, and we have already booked a competitor for 1/7th of the price, though with a couple days delay as we had the misfortune of trusting this company for today before the long weekend.For reference, the part itself is about $400, so we were quoted nearly 2000% of the parts cost for installation....Update: They called and offered to refund the diagnostic fee if this review were to be deleted. Think wisely about trusting a company that pays to pad their review score.

Just had a really great experience with Jason and all the guys at Superior Plumbing. My husband and I just bought a house and thought our sewer pipes were fine... till they backed up when my parents came to visit. Anyway, the guys explained everything super clearly, and showed us what was going on, and did the repair work quickly and correctly. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable workers.

I recently had Superior come and Re and Re my old water softener for a new one. Some piping needed to be changed and it was taken care of. I'd like to give the young plumber Justin 5 Stars...excellent work well groomed very professional young man. My problem lies in their price @ $850. Even if you brake it down like this $150 service call First hour should be covered, $150 for truck $150 for parts and $150 for the extra hour. That comes out to $600 and these rates are quite high for a NON UNION plumbing company. Not sure how I got stung for an extra $250 but their pricing is VERY High. Hope they pay their tradesmen accordingly.

The service that was provided to me when I had air conditioning put in my home not too long ago was outstanding. The technicians from Superior Plumbing & Heating were really educated, experienced, and professional, and they completed the work in a timely manner. They taught me everything I needed to know, from choosing the correct unit for my home to demonstrating how to operate the thermostat. I was extremely grateful for all of their assistance. They were also very neat, and once they were done, my house seemed to be pristine. In general, I have nothing but positive things to say about this particular firm.

The team was helpful, fast, and knowledgeable! They found the problem quickly and helped explain what was causing it and how they would fix it. I've contacted Superior Plumbing for repair work of my water filter. They have been consistent in their professionalism and quality of work. Dave did a great job!
