(12noon May 2nd)Lady representative is not accomodating not even trying to help me with my situation.The guy that was there was at least tired but still listen to her.Iam not impressed. I will never recommend Bell to my friends if this how hard to deal with them, I been with them for a long time but they dont have consiideration.

Signing up with Rumman was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I cannot believe I was so lucky to meet him I didn’t hesitate to switch from Rogers at the same moment! I also referred 2 colleagues to bell and had them sign up with bell on the same day!Because of his excellent service 3 people have signed up today. I hope every experience with bell in the future is as good as this one. Rumman has raised the bar for good customer service!

Funny story! I initially went in store at bell londonderry mall to pick out a charger for my friend. Met Rumman, who introduced me to the promo they had going on. He was so so helpful, friendly, and professional. He helped me seek the best possible deal, and just like that, I upgraded my phone along with a smart watch. Based on the experience and customer service I received, I'd definitely recommend you go see Rumman.

I just got my phone plan with data today, and their customer service staff Rumman was terrific! He answered all my questions and patiently helped me with my affordability as a student. I recommend him if you plan on getting a plan at Bell London Derry.

I am very impressed with service of Rumman. Me and my wife came in today and he really made us both so happy. We'll done and good job to this employee. He was very easy to understand even though we have trouble with the language he did his best. He speak slowly and clearly for us and treat us with respect.

I went to the Bell Londonderry store to upgrade my phone today and Du was very helpful and patient with all my questions. He set up my new phone and explained everything very well. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone who isn't tech savvy!! Thanks Du!

Just finished receiving service with Rumman at the Londonderry Mall. My partner and I had excellent service and alot of laughs exchanged. We were able to get the phones we wanted at an affordable price. I'm happy with everything that was done by the store associate RUmman as he went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our purchases. I would 100% recommend:)

I recently lost a phone - basically like losing half my brain- I was completely disconnected from my own life! The customer service person I worked with, Du Phang, was very helpful in getting me set up with a great new phone and even helped me do all the setup so I left with a working accessible phone- I got that missing half of my brain back!In the past, I’ve had questionable customer service from Bell. This was a completely new experience and restored my faith in humanity! Thank you, Do!
