Been employed here for a bit and needless to say this is the first company where I feel like it's a family orientated estabilishment. It's been absolutely fun so far and I have enjoyed my time here and look forward to the future. Everything is straight forward, and 100% No Drama enviroment and absolutely positive staff.********* UPDATE ********Was an Operations Coordinator for Spiros, but God almighty please update your files... I keep getting called by people.

If you're employed here you must track your hours carefully, owner is always finding new ways to make money off you. Paid for a uniform and later had a uniform rental fee deduction on every pay.Guards are not trained and are usually sleeping on site, that's if they show up at all.Very shady stuff going on behind closed doors.

Honestly better off with other security companies. The reviews are mostly from his own employees just so you know. The security guards they tend to hire are incompetent, and have a tendency to disappear.
