Great hotel, clean and accomodating. I didn't have my credit card at the time, (long story) but the front desk allowed me to get comfortable and sort it out after a long drive. They accommodated a late check out for my group as well. Close to all kinds of food, lots of options and convenient location.

Stayed here while working in Red Deer Nov 29-Dec 2, 2022. The suites are huge with lots of comfortable furniture in the living room, the desk separating the living room from the bed was handy too. Comfy bed and great housekeeping—friendly staff! Delicious breakfast! I wish the fresh cookies they put out in the afternoon were available in the evening, I only got to try them once but they were delicious!

One of the best Hampton Inns I’ve been to. Most of them are hit or miss. This one is exceptional. Very friendly customer service , where your greeted coming and going. The room is nice and clean. Shower pressure is phenomenal. Bed nice and soft. And housekeeping comes every day. Towels nice and soft.

Nice rooms, comfortable, clean, huge bathroom with amazing shower other than I'm pretty sure they need to clr the shower head cause the spray was wonky which made it hard to wash my very thick hair. The staff was alright I wouldn't say friendly but definitely helpful and pleasant which is good enough for me. The breakfast was pretty good.

These guys deserve more than 5 star rating.Staff is very nice, friendly and customer oriented. Kudos to that!Food quality is very nice! I loved the breakfast, just awesome!Rooms and overall hotel is clean and hygiene.These guys literally care for thei customers.I would recommend everyone to stay at this property.

Check in was easy and fast. Service was good. The Feather pillows were awful The first night. We asked for new pillows so we will try them tonight.

Wonderful experience. Booking was quick, the staff are extremely friendly rooms clean and property (mostly) clean.Great location in Gasoline Alley with lots of businesses all around. I’ll be back!

This definitely has to be one of the best Hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Very clean and neat! We got the suite so we could relax! It was amazing! An oasis as we walked into the beautiful room! Very good full breakfast! Very friendly staff! I can’t say enough about everything!

The Hotel staff made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Front desk Randel, Jhun, and Felly are helpful and very welcoming! All areas in the hotel are well organized and sanitary. From 6 to 10am they would hold a complimentary breakfast, my family and myself really enjoyed it and we like the set-up. If you forget to pack specific washroom stuff, they’ll gladly provide. I Highly recommend and we will definitely be back .Juvs Q
